Exodus 14:13-14 - Deliverance from the shackles of the enemy

And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.
The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

Prayer

As the year ends today I refuse fear from the devil in Jesus name.
Fear will not follow me into the new year in Jesus name.
I command my heart, spirit and my body to stand still.
I command my eyes of faith to see my salvation and my victory over the works of darkness in Jesus name.
The devil and all his agents that have followed me till date, I will see them no more in Jesus name.
I thank my LORD because the LORD will not rest concerning me and the LORD will fight for me and I will hold my peace in Jesus name. Amen.

Isaiah 55:8-11 - Thoughts of God

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:
So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Prayer

Thank You for the thoughts that You have for me, thoughts of mercy, forgiveness and favour.
Help me to start thinking like you think.
Open my eyes to see your ways.
Help me to walk in Your light running away from darkness.
Help me to walk in holiness and righteousness.
Let Your every promise come to pass speedily in Jesus name.
Let Your words bring life to every situation that seems dead or impossible in Jesus name.
I thank You for the guarantee in Your word, for it is peace to my soul in Jesus name. Amen.

Luke 2:11 - Lord of All

For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

Prayer

Thank You God for giving unto the world a saviour to save us all from the wages of sin.
Thank You for making the saviour, Jesus Christ Lord of all, in heaven and on earth.
I humble myself and surrender to Him asking Him to be Lord of my life indeed.
Thank You for this great opportunity, all glory and honour to Your name. Amen.

Proverbs 3:13-18 - Finding Wisdom

Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.
For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.
She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.
Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour.
Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.
She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.

Prayer

As I look forward to the start of a new year help me to find wisdom, help me to find and hold on to Jesus Christ in a new way that will keep me from sin, that by Your grace will lead me to Your word and help me to walk in a new level of understanding.
As I walk in wisdom, Lord grant me long life, spiritual riches and honour.
At this new stage of my life, let me have peace on every side.
Help me to retain wisdom and let Your joy fill my heart as I do so.
Thank You father, I have prayed in the name of Jesus. Amen.

Proverbs 3:11-12 - Receive Correction

My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction:
For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.

Prayer

To become who You want me to be, fulfilling my destiny I must be willing to receive correction when I go wrong.
Lord as the year comes to an end and I look forward to a new and better one, help me to receive Your chastening with joy knowing fully well that You are in charge of my life.
Help me to recognise that there are people You will send to correct me. Open my eyes to see them and my ears to hear them.
Thank You for loving me, my Lord and my King. I have prayed in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Psalm 145:20 - Preserve Me O LORD

The LORD preserveth all them that love him: but all the wicked will he destroy.

Prayer

I ask that You continue to help me to love You more and more very day.
Help me to show the love by obeying You at all times.
Thank You for preserving me and all that is mine.
Let the wicked not follow me into the New Year.
Destroy them all and their wickedness.
Thank You my LORD and my King. I have prayed in the name of Jesus. Amen.

James 5:13 - Remember to pray

Is any among you afflicted? let him pray. Is any merry? let him sing psalms.

Prayer

Help me to connect with You at all times, in times of trouble and in times of joy.
Help me to remember that rather than run to men, I should always come to You because there is no situation that You cannot solve.
I also ask that You incline my heart to remember to thank You when things are going great too.
Thank You Lord, I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

James 4:11 - Stop speaking evil of people

Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.

Prayer

Help me to remember at all times that I must not speak evil of people.
Help me to choose to be silent rather than aggravate the errors of people, depreciating the efforts of others and generally putting people down.
Let backbiting be far from me from this moment in Jesus name. Amen.

James 4:10 - Humility

Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Prayer

I acknowledge that without You I can’t do anything, I am nothing.
Teach me to depend on Your love, mercy, grace and favour.
Lift me up, set me on high, clothe me in Your righteousness and let Your name be glorified.
Thank You my LORD and saviour. I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

James 4:8 - Draw close to Jesus

Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

Prayer

I know I can’t receive anything while I am far from you.
Help me to draw near to you by prayer and also by listening to you speak to me.
As I make this effort, respond by drawing near to me too.
Help me to run away from sin as I am cleansed by the blood of Jesus.
Give me a pure heart that will be stayed on you, a heart that will not think evil.
Thank you my Lord and my King. I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

James 4:7 - Submit to God

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

Prayer

I surrender to you my Lord, help me to heed everything you want done for my own good.
The strength to resist the devil at all times, give unto me father.
Open my eyes to see the cunning and deception from the devil.
Thank you father in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

James 4:6 - Do not resist me

James 4:6
But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

Prayer

Lord remove pride from my life, every bit of it.
I do not want you to resist me, my prayers, my worship, every bit of my interaction with you.
Help me to be humble, in fact with love teach me how to be humble.
I want you to give me grace, so I’ll overcome my love for the world.

James 2:17 - Faith by Works

Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

Prayer

Lord I know that it is my faith that identifies who I am.
Help me to show my faith through my works by how I relate to you and my fellow man.
Help me to show my faith by the acts that flow out of me.
Thank you father in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

James 2:10 - Obey All

For whosoever shall keep the whole law, and yet offend in one point, he is guilty of all.

Prayer

Help me to yield in obedience to you.
Help me to remember there is no big or small sin.
Help me to live in the realisation that sin will separate me from you.
Thank you for giving me Jesus Christ who came to fulfil the law.
Thank you for the grace to try my best. Amen.

Luke 1:37 - Don't give up !!

Luke 1:37
For with God nothing shall be impossible.

Prayer

You created everything, the heavens and the earth and without you was not anything made that was made, I believe that with you nothing is impossible.
You know everything and you are everywhere, everything you have said has come to pass and all power belongs to you.
Certainly with you nothing shall be impossible.
You said let there be and there was, you parted the red sea, you fed your children manna from heaven, the wall of Jericho fell down flat, a virgin gave birth, you turned water into wine, the blind saw, the lame walked, you cast out devils.
Your son Jesus Christ died and rose again taking captivity captive.
Indeed with you on my side as this year comes to an end, and a new year is about to roll in, my God and my King, nothing shall be impossible.
Thank you father in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Jeremiah 1:12 - My eyes must see

Then said the LORD unto me, Thou hast well seen: for I will hasten my word to perform it.

Prayer

Lord open my eyes to see what you have in store for me.
Help me so I won’t be deceived by the filth from the devil.
Give me a heart that will believe what I see.
Be quick O Lord to perform what you have promised, blessings for me and punishment for my enemies.
Thank you father in Jesus name I have prayed.

Isaiah 1:13 - No more faithless worship

Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.

Prayer

Help me to worship you with faith and with a pure heart.
Let my worship be like a sweet smelling flavour unto your nostrils.
I pray that everything I do or bring to your presence will bring pleasure to you.
I pray for grace in every area of my life.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

James 1:21 - Filthiness must die

James 1:21
Wherefore lay apart all filthiness and superfluity of naughtiness, and receive with meekness the engrafted word, which is able to save your souls.

Prayer

Lord help me to lay aside filthiness of all kinds, in my thoughts, my words, the music I hear, TV programmes I see, and the places I go to.
Help me to run away from all things evil.
Help me to receive the word with humility and an open mind.
Let your word start to impact me in a new way, bearing fruit at all time.
I pray by God’s grace I will stay saved in Jesus name.

James 1:19 - 20 - Slow to speak is slow to wrath

Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
For the wrath of man worketh not the righteousness of God.

Prayer

Help me to be sensitive to your voice, make me desperate to hear from you.
Help me to bring my soul to obey everything you tell me to do.
Let every urge to disobey you die in Jesus name.
Let my ears work more than my tongue.
Help me to think before I speak.
Help me to be restrained when responding to situations.
Anger must not rule me in Jesus name.
Help me to remember at all times that actions borne out of anger will always lead to sin.
Thank you for the grace to submit myself totally to you. Amen.

James 1:17 - Gifts from God are perfect

Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Prayer

Thank you father for all gifts, spiritual and physical that you have blessed me with.
Father as you are determined to bless me, I wait patiently to continue receiving from you in Jesus name.
Father you are holy, everything from you, everything about you is perfect.
You have not changed, you do not change. You are light and darkness is far from you.
Thank you father in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

James 1:13-14 - Grace to stand in the face of temptation

Let no man say when he is tempted, I am tempted of God: for God cannot be tempted with evil, neither tempteth he any man:
But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.

Prayer

As you are holy, it is impossible for you to tempt any man with sin, neither can you be tempted.
I pray that you will help me make the right choices, help me to persevere in the face of temptation.
Give me a heart that is disinclined to sin and inclined towards righteousness.
Thank you father for enabling me to stand by your grace in Jesus name. Amen.

James 1:12 - Crown of life

Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for when he is tried, he shall receive the crown of life, which the Lord hath promised to them that love him.

Prayer

Grant me the grace to endure every form of temptation.
As I run the race, help me to succeed, winning the crown of life.
Teach me how to show love to you and my fellow man.
Thank you for your grace which works in me,
I have prayed in the mighty name of Jesus.

James 1:5-6 - Ask without doubt

James 1:5-6
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.

Prayer

Lord as the year comes to an end, I ask you for wisdom to start planning ahead for the coming year in every area of my life.
Thank you father because my past errors or mistakes will have no bearing on whether you answer me or not.
I ask in faith knowing any doubt in my mind disqualifies me from getting what I want from you.
I refuse to be tossed about because of unbelief.
Thank you for answering, I have prayed in the mighty name of Jesus.

2 Peter 3:9 - What he says, he will do

The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Prayer

Help me Lord to accept the truth that everything you have promised will come to pass. Men fail but you have never failed.
Thank you for your longsuffering because you want all men to make heaven.
I pray that all who are separated from you will repent of their sins and come to accept you as Lord in Jesus name.

1 Samuel 12:24 - A heart of service

Only fear the LORD, and serve him in truth with all your heart: for consider how great things he hath done for you.

Prayer

I ask for a heart that would fear you, a heart that would hold you in reverence.
Give me a heart of service.
Help me to serve you in truth not because I want to be noticed but because I want to honour you with my talents and my time.
I acknowledge you have done great and mighty things for me, saving me, pulling me back from the abyss, protecting and sustaining me.
Thank you father. I have prayed in the mighty name of Jesus. Amen.

1 Samuel 1:10 - My soul is bitter

And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the LORD, and wept sore.

Prayer

Lord because of a particular situation in my life, my soul is bitter.
As Hannah and Naomi cried I cry, change the situation.
I am not contented with the reproach, have mercy on me, hear my cry and see my tears.
Give me an answer today. Let my song change in Jesus name. Amen.

1 Samuel 1:6 - Every provocation be stopped

And her adversary also provoked her sore, for to make her fret, because the LORD had shut up her womb.

Prayer

I refuse to be impacted by any provocation in Jesus name.
I bind every form of provocation in Jesus name.
I receive the peace of God into my heart.
Lord in your mercy I ask that every area of my life that is shut, open them up in Jesus name.

Isaiah 66:1-2 - God of heaven and earth

Thus saith the LORD, The heaven is my throne, and the earth is my footstool: where is the house that ye build unto me? and where is the place of my rest?
For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD: but to this man will I look, even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.

Prayer

You are the God of heaven and the God of the earth.
You sit in the heavens and your footstool reaches the earth.
You created the heavens and the earth. There is no where that is big enough to contain you.
Look unto me, Almighty God and do the miraculous today.
Create something out of every void in my life.
Seeing all you have done and are doing, I ask that you give me a contrite heart, a heart that is broken and deeply affected by sin.
I pray in the mighty name of Jesus. Thank you for answered prayer. Amen.

Act 13:39 - I am justified before God

And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.

Prayer

Thank you father because you have given me grace to believe in Jesus Christ.
In your mercy you concluded that my adherence to the law can’t justify me.
My holiness and self righteousness will not satisfy the requirement of the law.
I am pardoned, my sins are forgiven.
Help me to resist every attempt by the devil to soil my new status.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

1 Timothy 6:10 - Love of money

For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.

Prayer

I ask that you help me see money as a blessing from you.
I ask that you take away from me any love or desire to acquire money just for the sake of it.
Help me not to lose my faith for any reason including lusting after money.
I will not end up in sorrow in Jesus name. Amen

Deuteronomy 8:18 - Power to get wealth

But thou shalt remember the LORD thy God: for it is he that giveth thee power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he sware unto thy fathers, as it is this day.

Prayer

I pray I will always remember and I will never forget that you are God Almighty.
I thank you because I am alive and well.
I thank you because all that I am and all that I have is by your grace.
You are a merciful God.
Lord you have blessed me with the power to get wealth.
I thank you for the gifting, talents and abilities that you have endowed me with.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

Psalm 5:12 - Favour as a shield

For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

Prayer

Lord I thank you for blessing me with righteousness as a result of my accepting Jesus Christ as my saviour.
I ask this day for favour as you have promised.
I ask for every spiritual blessing to be released unto me.
I ask for your loving kindness to surround me.
I ask for your grace to encompass me.
I ask for your mercies to flow around me shielding me and mine from all fiery darts from the enemy.
Thank you father for answered prayers.

Luke 10:20 - Authority over devils

Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

Prayer

Thank you father for the authority to represent you here on earth.
I appreciate that the bigger picture is that my name is written in the book of life, rather than the fact that sprints are subject to me.
I have not done anything to deserve this; your grace has made it possible.
Glory be to your holy name. Amen.

Luke 10:19 - Power over satan

Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

Prayer

Thank you for the power to tread on scorpions and serpents, preserving me from danger.
Thank you for preserving me from satan and his agents.
I destroy every plan of satan and his agents concerning me and all that is mine in Jesus name.

Luke 10:18 - satan's fall

And he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven.

Prayer

I ask that you back me up speedily O God.
Let every devil recognise their time is up and come out of wherever they are in Jesus name.
Let it be clear that satan’s hold wherever it existed is destroyed in Jesus name. Amen

Luke 10:17 - Dominion over devils

And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject unto us through thy name.

Prayer

I agree that I have a commission from you.
I pray that I will do at all times as instructed by you.
I pray that whatever I do in your name, wherever I am called to serve I will do so with joy.
I do not have any power of my own. Therefore I cast out every devil operating against me in Jesus name: be it in my body, in my home, in my children, and in my business or on my job. I send every devil back to where you have come from in Jesus name.
Thank you father for giving me this assignment and thank you for my victory. Amen.

Matthew 12:29 - Bind every evil activity around you

Or else how can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.

Prayer

I use the authority God has given me through Jesus Christ and bind the strong man and his agents in Jesus name.
Every spirit that is not of God operating around me, my household, my business and my ministry, I bind them and nullify their works in Jesus name.
I break their hold permanently and I walk in freedom in Jesus name. Amen.

Proverbs 8:17 - Loving God

I love those who love me, and those who seek me diligently find me.

Prayer

Lord give me a heart that would love you without holding back, a heart that would know that I am yours and you are mine.
Lord I pray that I would not waste the morning of my youth messing about, rather with your help I will seek you with all my heart.
I know Lord you are by my side for me to find you.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

2 Corinthians 9:8 - Grace of God into my life

And God is able to make all grace abound toward you, that you, always have all sufficiency in all things, have an abundance for every good work.

Prayer

Without your grace Lord where would I be?
I acknowledge that you are able to make all grace abound towards me.
I receive the completeness of your goodness and favour into my life.
I receive all sufficiency in all things from my father in heaven in Jesus name.
By God’s grace all traces of insufficiency are destroyed from their roots in Jesus name. Amen.

Hosea 4:17 - Don't associate with idolatry

Ephraim is joined to idols: let him alone.

Prayer

I pray my heart will not be joined to idols.
By your grace I will not worship other gods, I will not consult idols or allow idols to be consulted on my behalf. I will not sacrifice to idols.
Lord the things in my life that are now like idols, take them away immediately I pray in Jesus name.
Idols will only bring pain into my life. Lord do not let me suffer any form of pain or sorrow.
Lord deliver me, do not leave me alone.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen

2 Kings 6:12 - Put me in the know

And one of his servants said, None, my lord, O king: but Elisha, the prophet that is in Israel, telleth the king of Israel the words that thou speakest in thy bedchamber.

Prayer

I pray earnestly that Lord you will show me what enemies are planning against me, even before they plan let me know what is going on in their minds.
Lord help me to be stirred up in prayer, rising up to enforce your perfect will for my life in Jesus name.
Help me to be miles ahead of my enemies in Jesus name.
Thank you faithful God. Amen.

Psalm 25:12 - Fear of God

What man is he that feareth the LORD? him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose.

Prayer

Lord give me a heart that will learn to fear you.
As I fear you, teach me in the way you want me to go.
All the privileges that are associated with walking with you, let me receive them in Jesus name.
Thank you father for I have prayed in Jesus name.

Amos 3:7 - The secret of God

Surely the Lord GOD will do nothing, but he revealeth his secret unto his servants the prophets.

Prayer

I want to serve you. Give me the grace and determination to do so until the end.
Lord put me in the know.
Let me know what you want to do and what you are doing. I do not want to walk like a man blind folded.
Grant me the grace to speak your word in boldness to those you have sent me to.
Thank you Lord, I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen

1 Samuel 2:30 - Honour God

Wherefore the LORD God of Israel saith, I said indeed that thy house, and the house of thy father, should walk before me for ever: but now the LORD saith, Be it far from me; for them that honour me I will honour, and they that despise me shall be lightly esteemed.

Prayer

Help me to walk before you forever.
I pray that nothing will cause me to depart from walking before God.
As I do all I can to honour you, honour me my Lord and my God.
I pray that I will never despise you or sit where you are being despised.

Genesis 12:3 - All round blessing

And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

Prayer

Thank you for blessings coming my way.
Thank you for blessing all you bless me,
Curse all who curse me.
Thank you for given me the opportunity to be a blessing.

Genesis 12:2b - I will be a blessing

and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:

Prayer

Thank you for blessing me with all manner of blessing.
Thank you for giving unto me all that I need that pertains to life and Godliness.
Thank you for making my name great.
As I walk in my blessings, help me to realise daily that my blessings are for sharing with all who are in need of what I have.
I pray that you will always bring people my way who I am meant to be a blessing to.
All glory and honour to you, you are a lovely God.

Genesis 12:2a - I am great

And I will make of thee a great nation

Prayer

Thank you for making me a great nation.
You God Almighty are great and greatly to be praised.
Let the nation in me start to arise in Jesus name.
Let my greatness manifest in every area and on every side in Jesus name.
Great nations are in charge.
Other nations want to befriend the great.
Great nations are inventive.
Great nations win battles.
Great nations dispense favour.
Great nations are industrious.
Great nations are dependent on God.
Great nations are prayerful.
Help me to manifest my greatness.
All enemies of my greatness are crushed in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Proverbs 22:6 - Impact your children

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.

Prayer

Grant me the wisdom that I need to train up my children.
Show me the direction I need to take, open my eyes to see what each child needs and help me to deliver to them.
I pray that what I teach they would imbibe, what I teach would benefit them in Jesus name. Amen

Proverbs 22:9 - A heart to share

He that hath a bountiful eye shall be blessed; for he giveth of his bread to the poor.

Prayer

Lord give me a bountiful eye and a bountiful heart, so when I see those in need, I will give of what I have and where I do not have, I will listen to you direct me to where the provision has already been made.
Thank you for giving me all that I need, glory to your name, Amen.

Proverbs 22:29 - Diligence in all I do

Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men.

Prayer

Lord help me to be diligent in everything I do.
I ask that the spirit of slothfulness be removed from my life in Jesus name.
I pray that I will not stand in the presence or with people who are going nowhere.
I ask for your grace upon my life to lift me up.
I pray that kings would see me and want to associate with me because of what I am bringing to the table.
Lord let me be favoured.
Thank you father for all you have deposited inside of me.

1 Corinthians 9:24 - Running to win the race of life

Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.

Prayer

Lord I ask for the grace to be able to run every race that you have set before me.
I pray that I would not run races that I have no business running.
I pray that every single race that I start I will finish.
I pray that I will not run only for running's sake, rather I will run to win, I will excel in every race.
Your grace I pray will see me through the race of life.

Prayer

Lord thank you for the Holy Ghost baptism.
I ask for the fire of the Holy Ghost to start to work wonders inside of me in a new way, touching my bones and marrow in Jesus name.
Let the fire burn off what needs to be burnt off, let the fire stir up a new zeal for the things of God.
Let the fire push me to achieve everyday what has to be achieved.
Let the fire cause me to remember everyday whose child I am.
Thank you for the fire in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Proverbs 18:16 - My gifts must take me places

A man's gift maketh room for him, and bringeth him before great men.

Prayer

Thank you for the gifts that you have blessed me with.
Help me to identify the gifts inside of me.
By your grace, my gifts must not go to waste.
All my gifts must bring me before great men; they must cause me to find favour.
I pray that when my favour carriers come in contact with me, nothing will stop them from doing what God has ordained them to do – helping me, in Jesus name, Amen.

James 1:6-8 - Unwavering Faith

But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering. For he that wavereth is like a wave of the sea driven with the wind and tossed.
For let not that man think that he shall receive any thing of the Lord.
A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

Prayer

I pray that my heart will be stayed on the word of God.
As I go to God in prayer I will ask and I will believe.
I refuse to allow doubt and unbelief to cause me to miss out on the promises of God.
Help me to do the things that will make me stable in Christ.
Study of the word, Meditating on that I had heard or read and going forward without wavering in Jesus name. Amen.

Mark 11:23-24 - Faith that moves mountains

For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.
Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

Prayer

I command the ground to swallow everything that stands as a mountain before me in Jesus name.
I ask for the fire of God to destroy everything that stands as a mountain before me in Jesus name.
I ask for the whirlwind from heaven to blow away every constructed item obstructing me now in Jesus name.
I refuse unbelief and I refuse doubt.
Every word that I speak according to the word of God will come to pass.
My prayers are answered in Jesus name. Amen.

Mark 11:22 - Faith

And Jesus answering saith unto them, Have faith in God.

Prayer

Lord you have instructed that I have faith in you.
I have possession of faith now in Jesus name.
I embrace faith therefore I have decided to trust you and rely on you.
I have decided to walk in assurance that all you have said will continue to come to pass.
I ask that you hold me by my hands in his walk with you in Jesus name. Amen.

1 Samuel 3:1 - Let the word flow

And the child Samuel ministered unto the LORD before Eli. And the word of the LORD was precious in those days; there was no open vision.

Prayer

Help me to recognise the opportunities I have to minister to you O Lord.
Without your word the world is empty, there is no direction and I am helpless.
I ask that you release an outpouring of your word into the heart and lives of men. I need direction every day.
I also ask that you use open vision to show me what you are about to do, or as another tool of talking to me.
Thank you father for the word of life that I will start to receive from you in Jesus name, amen.

Luke 1:45 - Your faith must start to work

And blessed is she that believed: for there shall be a performance of those things which were told her from the Lord.

Prayer

Lord you have spoken to me in different ways, reading your word, hearing your word and seeing your word in action.
My heart must start to believe. I stir up my faith today in Jesus name.
I disengage unbelief from my heart today in Jesus name.
Every thought that is not in line with the word of God I nullify today in Jesus name.
Now let there be a performance of those things that I believe.
Let the blessings begin anew and afresh.
Thank you father. I have prayed in Jesus name, amen.

Ruth 1:9 - Blessing of Rest in Marriage

The LORD grant you that ye may find rest, each of you in the house of her husband. Then she kissed them; and they lifted up their voice, and wept.

Prayer

I pray for all married people today that there will be rest in marriages all over the world.
Husbands will find rest with their wives and wives will find rest with their husbands.
I pray that those men and women, who are looking unto you for their wives and husbands respectively, my God and my King you will answer their prayers today in Jesus name.
Let these new marriages operate in your rest in Jesus name.
Let this prayer bring tears of joy and not distress into the lives of all who receive this prayer in Jesus name.
Let there be a wind of peace blowing into marriage relationships in Jesus mighty name, Amen.

Genesis 6:8 -9 - Grace before God

But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.
These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.

Prayer

My desire is to find grace in your sight. I know when this happens there would be ease in my life.
In your love you have justified me. Help me to be perfect even as you are perfect.
Hold me by my hands, as a baby let me follow your footsteps and as I grow in you, I hope it can be said that I’m walking in you.

Jeremiah 23:29 - Fire in the word

Jeremiah 23:29
Is not my word like as a fire? saith the LORD; and like a hammer that breaketh the rock in pieces?

Prayer

I pray that your word will from this moment light a fire in my heart in Jesus name.
Let the word that I read, hear and meditate, touch every part of my life, such that I would not be able to keep silent about it.
As I run with your word, help me to act it, speak it and let it break every hard ground in Jesus name.
My desire is for the word to impact my life and for me to impact all I come in contact with.
Thank you father for giving me this opportunity in Jesus name, Amen.

1 Corinthians 15:33 - Do not follow the crowd

Be not deceived: evil communications corrupt good manners.

Prayer

By your grace I will not be led astray, I will not follow that which can only cause me to stumble.
With your help I will be on the watch for the type of company that I keep.
Help me to maintain the character of Christ that I received when I gave my life to Him

2 Corinthians 6:14 -16 Do not allow evil to influence you

Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?
And what concord hath Christ with Belial? or what part hath he that believeth with an infidel?
And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.

Prayer

By your grace I will not join with anybody – unbeliever or believer to commit sin against you.
I will always allow your light to shine on me. Wherever I am darkness must give way in Jesus name.
I am grateful that you occupy my heart and I am your temple.
I declare that you will always be my God and I pray that you will always look upon me as your child.

Malachi 3:6 - Unchangeable God

Prayer

Lord God Almighty, you are the same yesterday, today and forever.
The blood of your son Jesus shed over two thousand years ago will forever save all who accept you as Lord from death.
Thank you that your grace will forever abound towards me.
Thank you that your thoughts towards me are of good and not of evil.
Thank you for the covenant of life you have with me.
Lord I thank you that despite all the devil is doing around (he has come to steal, to kill and to destroy), I am waxing strong, I am alive and it is well with me,

Acts 4:12 - The name above all names

There is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men, by which I must be saved.

Prayer

There are men who call themselves gods and there are gods that are made by men. None of these so called gods have a pathway for me to get to heaven.
You are the only God who is self existent. There is none like you.
You have given me a gift of salvation.
I have not had to work for it; all I have had to do is accept that your son, now my friend Jesus died to save me.
Thank you father for loving me.
Thank you father for saving me from sin and death.

Psalm 18:44-45 The Glory of God Brings Victory

As soon as they hear of me, they shall obey me: the strangers shall submit themselves unto me.
The strangers shall fade away, and be afraid out of their close places.

Prayer

Yes strangers will submit to me in Jesus name.
They will see the glory of God and instantly they will obey me.
My testimonies will be heard by them and they will know my God is alive.
Strangers will come out of hiding, give up on opposing me and disappear from today in Jesus name.
Thank you for resounding victories in Jesus name.

Isaiah 43:26 - Remember your word. Father

Put me in remembrance: let us plead together: declare thou, that thou mayest be justified.

Prayer

Thank you father for the open cheque you have given me to come to you.
I remind you that you gave up your son Jesus, so that I would live and not die.
I remind you that you have declared me righteous.
I remind you that you are a covenant keeping God.
You have said whatever I ask for in the name of Jesus, you will give me.
You told me that above all things you want me to prosper.
You said by the stripes of Jesus I am healed.
You said greater is he that is in me than he that is in the world.
Settle me, meet with me at the point of my needs, let me be justified.

Luke 21:15

For I will give you a mouth and wisdom, which all your adversaries shall not be able to gainsay nor resist.

Prayer

According to your word to me today I receive a mouth, I receive wisdom from you in Jesus name.
I declare to all adversaries that all evil plans concerning me and mine are nullified in Jesus name.
I decree that all counsel and evil gang ups are turned to rubbish in Jesus name.
Wherever I am today or wherever I go the wisdom of God in me will manifest and God’s perfect will for me will come to pass in Jesus name, Amen.

Isaiah 26:3 - 4

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:

Prayer

Lord Almighty, I declare by your grace that my mind is focused on you.
I will not allow anything to shake my trust in you.
In return I pray that you keep me in perfect peace, nothing can by any means come near me.
My trust in you is forever, nothing will change my trust for you.
I know according to your word, you will deliver me, you will provide for me and you will cause your face to shine upon me.

Psalm 27:2

When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell.

Prayer

I ask in the name of Jesus today that when my enemies, i.e. the devil and his agents come looking for me and what is mine, to afflict me or to disturb me, to steal my blessings, attempt to remove your covering over me, a covering which they did not give to me, to cause me to shift my focus away from your goodness, Lord raise barriers against them.

I ask in the name of Jesus that you stop them in their tracks, put confusion in their camp, let them fight one another as in the tower of Babel, let them stumble, let them fail, let them fall in shame.

Numbers 6:24-27

The LORD bless thee, and keep thee:
The LORD make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee:
The LORD lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace.

I thank you for blessing me, I thank you for keeping me and shielding me
I thank you for causing your face to shine upon me.
You forgive my sins and you open new doors unto me, wherever you are there is peace.
I am privileged to enjoy your peace.
I am known by your name out of your grace, I have not done anything to deserve this.

Job 33:14-18

Prayer

Lord I ask that you speak to me always and as you speak to me let me know you are the one speaking to me.
When you speak to me in dreams, and in visions, help me to remember when I wake up.
Open the eyes and ears of my mind, put a confirmation on what you instuct me, O Lord.
I pray your instructions must deter me from doing things which will not bring glory to your name.
Let the spirit of pride die in me, as it can only lead to where I do not want to end up.
All this I have prayed in the name of your son, Jesus Christ, Amen.

Proverbs 23:26 - A Surrendered Heart

My son, give me thine heart, and let thine eyes observe my ways.

Prayer

Father I give you my heart, all of it.
I pray my eyes will be stayed on you, not looking to the left or to the right.
Help me to learn all you want me to know in Jesus name.
As my heart is joined to yours, I will have no choice but to walk with you.
Thank you father for choosing me, glory and honour to your name. Amen.

Job 28:28

And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.

Prayer

I know that without wisdom I will fail. As a matter of urgency I do not want to fail, I will not fail in Jesus name.
Lord incline my heart to fear you.
I want to live in reverential awe of you. Help me to appreciate that you are Almighty.
Help me to walk in your ways.
Help me to trust you.
Help me to hate evil, just as you hate it.
I am in your hands O Lord.
Thank you for answered prayers in Jesus name, Amen.

Deuteronomy 14:2

For thou art an holy people unto the LORD thy God, and the LORD hath chosen thee to be a peculiar people unto himself, above all the nations that are upon the earth.

Prayer

Thank you for choosing me for yourself. It is wonderful to know that I am special to you personally above all the nations of the earth. You have called me to live a life of holiness. By your grace I will always remember this. Help me to make the right choices. I will not disappoint you. Amen

Psalm 42:1-2

As the hart panteth after the water brooks, so panteth my soul after thee, O God.
My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: when shall I come and appear before God?

Prayer

Lord I long for you today and always.
I want to feel your presence, I want to know your presence.
Day and night I thirst for you.
Teach me how to connect with you.
Open up your word in my heart.
Let it bring life into my bones.
I pray I will never be far from you.

1 Peter 3:12

For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.

Prayer

Lord let your eyes be all over me protecting and watching over me.
You have called me righteous.
Let your ears be open unto my prayers, answer me speedily my Lord and my King.
Let the evil ones feel the brunt of your face against them. They will not escape, they will end up where you have prepared for them in Jesus name. Amen.

Prayer

I welcome your presence into my home.
By your grace and mercy nothing and no one will take your presence away from me.
I thank you for the blessings, I thank you for the fullness of joy that I am experiencing and I will continue to enjoy forever more. Amen

Luke 12:24

Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?

Prayer

I look back and I thank you for always providing for me. I have not gone hungry and begged and I will not go hungry now or in the future.
You have blessed the work of my hands, you have caused me to find favour with the people around me, Lord you are a wonderful God.
You provide food for the birds of the air, I am better than them; of course I have dominion over them.
Father my trust in you has increased this day, glory be to your name, Amen

Psalm 144:1

Blessed be the LORD my Rock, who teaches my hands to war and my fingers to fight.

Prayer

I thank you father for your strength that is in me. Lord you are a man of war, you have never lost a battle, therefore I will fight and I will not lose any battles. I pray that I will never ever give in to adversity, all that is thrown at me, my hands and all of me will continue to throw back to wherever it has come from in Jesus name. Thank you lion of the tribe of Judah. Amen

Ruth 1:6

Then she arose with her daughters in law, that she might return from the country of Moab: for she had heard in the country of Moab how that the LORD had visited his people in giving them bread.

Prayer

I pray that good news will not pass me by. Father as I hear the good news, grant me the grace to do what I need to do. I call on you, visit me and give me bread. I will not stay in famine, I move into the provision from God in Jesus name. Amen

Ruth 1:3-5

And Elimelech Naomi's husband died; and she was left, and her two sons. And they took them wives of the women of Moab; the name of the one was Orpah, and the name of the other Ruth: and they dwelled there about ten years. And Mahlon and Chilion died also both of them; and the woman was left of her two sons and her husband.

Prayer

I pray today, that I will not die before my time. My husband/wife will not die before their time. My children will not die before their time. Yes by your grace, I will not bury my children; I will not know the location of their graves. Lord, you are a covenant keeper; according to your word, satisfy me with long life as you have promised. Thank you Lord in Jesus name. Amen

Deuteronomy 5:29

O that there were such an heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments always, that it might be well with them, and with their children for ever! Prayer Turn my heart into one that would fear you day and night, all the days of my life. Give me a heart that wants to keep all your commandments always. I do not want to suffer; I want it to be well with me in all areas and on all sides. Yes I want it to be well with my children and generations yet unborn. Let it be so in Jesus name. Amen

Proverbs 21:13 - A heart of compassion

Whoso stoppeth his ears at the cry of the poor, he also shall cry himself, but shall not be heard. Prayer
Let my ears be attuned to the sounds around me. Lord grant me the grace to hear beyond the sounds. Lord make me uncomfortable until I respond to the needy. I pray that whenever I cry out the heavens will hear and I will receive help at the point of my need in Jesus name. Amen

Psalm 55:16-17

As for me, I will call upon God; and the LORD shall save me. Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice. Prayer My decision is to call on you day and night. I have no one else or nowhere else to turn to. By your grace I will pray, I will cry to you deep down from my heart. Let my voice be recognised in heaven, do something now O God. Answer me speedily in Jesus name. Amen

Obadiah 1:17

But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions. Prayer Lead me to my mount Zion, the place you have ordained for my deliverance. You continue to enjoin me to live a life of holiness, help me father. Prayer

I pray for those who are out there in the world who need the water of the gospel, raise missions to them now in Jesus name. Lord you have promised, whenever I am in need, whenever I am thirsty, whenever I need to be refreshed and I call on you, you will hear my cry. I pray the heavens will be continually open to my prayers from this day in Jesus name. Let there be provision for me in places that have been difficult, in situations where it looks like the end has come, where it looks like unending merry go-rounds, cause a pool of water to appear in Jesus name. The sun seems to be burning, the weather seems harsh, the world economy is challenging my existence, provide shades of all types for me in Jesus name. Let the world see and know that my deliverance has come from you and you alone in Jesus name. Amen.

Proverbs 13:15 - Understanding brings ease

Good understanding giveth favour: but the way of transgressors is hard.

Prayer

Lord grant me the grace to do as you say. Help me to exhibit good understanding. Favour me Oh Lord. Let men favour me. I refuse to live a life of hardship. Help me not to violate your commandments. Grant me the grace to run away from sin. Amen

Isaiah 41:15-16

Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff. Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the LORD, and shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel.

Prayer

Lord I receive from you the grace to become a sharp instrument with teeth. Every evil deposit, every illegal element around me, I beat and I destroy in Jesus name. I ask for a whirlwind from on high to scatter violently every agent of the enemy around me. I enter into my rejoicing this day in Jesus name. I glory in the Holy One of Israel from now till eternity in Jesus name. Amen

Psalm 103:20 - 21

Bless the LORD, ye his angels that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word. Bless ye the LORD, all ye his hosts; ye ministers of his, that do his pleasure.

Prayer

I thank you father for the angels you have assigned to me. I thank you for the battles they fight on my behalf, the strength they exhibit cutting down the hosts of darkness. I thank you father because the angels do your bidding, ensuring that your pronouncements concerning me come to pass. I thank you father because these angels are never tired, they are at your beck and call, all glory and honour to you, my Lord and King.

Proverbs 23:7 - I will think right for myself

For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he: Eat and drink, saith he to thee; but his heart is not with thee.

Prayer

Lord help me to think right.

Help me to think things that will bring glory to your name.

Help me to think things that will improve my relationship with you.

Help me to think things that will benefit my life.

Help me to come up with what will ensure I leave a legacy behind when my time is up.

Thank you father, in Jesus name I have prayed, Amen.

Mark 3:27

No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.

Prayer

You have told me that whatever I bind on earth shall be bound in heaven.

I bind every agent of the devil, whatever it is they have been doing in the past, I disallow from this moment.

Everything that is mine that the agents of the devil have kept from me, I release from their grip in Jesus name.

I ask the giant warrior angels to storm the deep and fight on my behalf in Jesus name, amen.

1 Thessalonians 5:20

Despise not prophesyings. 

Prayer

I pray father that I will measure all I hear in time with the bible.

I will not condemn or malign any preacher of your word.

Help me father in Jesus name, amen.
