Genesis 1:1

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.

Prayer

The year 2010 ends today.
There is a new beginning in a couple of hours for me.
I thank you for being my God indeed.
I thank you for my 2011, I know by your grace it will be better than my 2010.
May your name be praised. Amen

Psalm 18:2

The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

Prayer

Lord you have been and you will continue to be my rock and my fortress.
You have shielded me from the darts of the enemy.
How could I have survived up until this moment without you?
Thank you for the grace to believe and trust in you. Amen.

Habakkuk 2:4

Behold, his soul which is lifted up is not upright in him: but the just shall live by his faith.

Prayer

My soul will not be lifted up against my father and my king.
I pray that as I live day by day I will be dependent on the word of God and I will live by faith and faith alone.
Thank you for giving me the name of Jesus to use in prayer. Amen.

Habakkuk 2: 2-3

And the LORD answered me, and said, write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.
For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Prayer

Lord I appreciate you and I give you praise.
Your vision for me in 2011 will come to pass. 2011 is my appointed time.
There will be no delay to the fulfilment of your word concerning me in Jesus name. Amen.

Habakkuk 2:1

I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved.

Prayer

Lord I wait on you today, waiting on you to talk to me. You do not do anything without putting your servant in the know.
Do not be silent. A new year is about to begin. Let your name be glorified. Amen.

Isaiah 3:10

Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.

Prayer

Thank you because you have said it, as you are my righteousness, it shall be well with me.
The Lord will be good to me. I will do nothing but good.
In every area of my life, it shall be well.

Matthew 1:21

And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

Prayer

Thank you father for giving the world Jesus.
I also thank you because by your grace I am among those saved from sin.
All glory and honour to your name. Amen.

Isaiah 9:6-7

For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Prayer

The prophecy came to pass.
Thank you for given me Jesus.
Thank you father for allowing me to experience the prince of peace, for allowing me to appreciate that your throne is everlasting, you are Almighty.
You are wonderful and you will continue to be wonderful, by your grace I never lack for counsel, as you are always there.
Thank you again for Jesus. Amen.

Psalm 5:1-3

Give ear to my words, O LORD, consider my meditation.
Hearken unto the voice of my cry, my King, and my God: for unto thee will I pray.
My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.

Prayer

Hear my cry this day. I have no other God but you.
I dedicate myself to a life of prayer to you.
Father, you will hear me every morning. I will not be too tired to call on you. Release unto me, a spirit that longs for you.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

Joel 2:28

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

Prayer

The time is now O Lord.
As we enter into the new year, pour out your spirit upon me.
Lord speak to me, let me know what your will is for me in the new year.
I have to be prepared, help me O Lord in Jesus name. Amen

Isaiah 43:5

Fear not: for I am with thee: I will bring thy seed from the east, and gather thee from the west;

Prayer

Thank you father for your protection.
I will not miss my seed.
I receive my seed from all corners of the earth today in Jesus name.
The year is coming to an end and a new one is around the corner.
All that will make me whole, I receive in Jesus name. Amen.

Isaiah 43:4

Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.

Prayer

I am blessed as I am precious in your sight.
Thank you for your unending love for me and for all that concerns me.
Thank you father because you will go any length to ensure that I live and fulfil my purpose.
Your name will continue to be glorified. Amen.

Isaiah 43:2

When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

Prayer

Thank you for the assurance that at all times you are always with me.
The fire will come but like the Hebrew children will not touch me.
The waters will come and threaten to take me away, but the Almighty who parted the red sea, the one who walked on water has said and I believe, that I cannot drown.
By your grace O Lord, I will fulfil my purpose on earth. Amen.

Isaiah 45:16

They shall be ashamed, and also confounded, all of them: they shall go to confusion together that are makers of idols.

Prayer

Shame shall come upon the head of every agent of the devil that is on assignment against me and all that is mine.
I send confusion into the midst of all that are ganged up against me in Jesus name.
I am a victor.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

Isaiah 45:14

Thus saith the LORD, The labour of Egypt, and merchandise of Ethiopia and of the Sabeans, men of stature, shall come over unto thee, and they shall be thine: they shall come after thee; in chains they shall come over, and they shall fall down unto thee, they shall make supplication unto thee, saying, Surely God is in thee; and there is none else, there is no God.

Prayer

Men shall serve me with their substance.
All who have looked down on me will look up to me.
Men will see the goodness and the glory of God in me and they will join me to sing Alleluyah. Amen.

Isaiah 45:11

Thus saith the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker, Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me.

Prayer

Lord let me know your counsel concerning me, so I’ll pray according t0 our will.
Every counsel must come to pass. You are Almighty
You do not do anything without telling your servants. Put me in the know O Lord.
Thank you father for your faithfulness. Amen

Isaiah 45:6-9

That they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is none beside me. I am the LORD, and there is none else.
I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things.
Drop down, ye heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness: let the earth open, and let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together; I the LORD have created it.
Woe unto him that striveth with his Maker! Let the potsherd strive with the potsherds of the earth. Shall the clay say to him that fashioneth it, What makest thou? or thy work, He hath no hands?

Prayer

You are the creator of the heavens and the earth, there is none like you.
Without you nothing was made that was made.
In the darkness that was upon the face of the earth you said, let there be light and light came forth.
You created me in your likeness, you are in charge of my life.
I honour you and I exalt your holy name. Amen.

Isaiah 45:4-5

For Jacob my servant's sake, and Israel mine elect, I have even called thee by thy name: I have surnamed thee, though thou hast not known me.
I am the LORD, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:

Prayer

Thank you father for knowing me even before I knew you.
You have sealed me with the precious blood of Jesus.
Almighty God there is none like you. You are my All in All. Amen

Isaiah 45:3

And I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.

Prayer

Lord as you are the owner of the heavens and the earth, let there be a release of treasures into my hands.
Lord open my eyes to the riches held in secret places that you have given me.
You know me by my name; let the release bring glory to your name and your name alone.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

Isaiah 45:2

I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron:

Prayer

Lord you will never leave me nor forsake me.
I ask that you go ahead of me and make all crooked paths straight, every imperfection ahead of me, make them perfect.
Let the hosts of heaven break every gate and barrier in Jesus name. Amen

Isaiah 45:1 - Every gate must open

Thus saith the LORD to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have holden, to subdue nations before him; and I will loose the loins of kings, to open before him the two leaved gates; and the gates shall not be shut;

Prayer

Lord hold my hand to subdue every enemy nation standing before me.
Wherever my favour is, wherever my blessings are, let them be loosed into my hands now in Jesus name.
Lord there is no gate that can stand before you, therefore let every gate against me be opened now permanently in Jesus name. Amen

John 20:31

But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.

Prayer

The book of John was written so that I will believe that Jesus is Christ and the son of God.
Give me a heart to believe and help me to live a life of belief.
I pray that I will also believe every word in the bible. Amen.

John 20:25

The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.

Prayer

Lord give me a heart that will move by faith and not by sight.
Help me to develop my faith. Amen.

John 20:1

Early on the first day of the week, while it was still dark, Mary Magdalene went to the tomb and saw that the stone had been removed from the entrance.

Prayer

In cooperation with the hosts of heaven, I roll away every stone that the devil has placed over anything that is mine.
Thank you father for new beginnings, thank you for resurrection. Amen.

John 18:25

And Simon Peter stood and warmed himself. They said therefore unto him, Art not thou also one of his disciples? He denied it, and said, I am not.

Prayer

Lord I pray that your grace will enable me to stand up for what I believe at all times – Jesus Christ is the son of God and he died and rose again to take away the sins of the world. Amen

John 18:6

As soon then as he had said unto them, I am he, they went backward, and fell to the ground.

Prayer

When my adversaries appear, let them be struck with blindness.
Let them fall to the ground and be destroyed by the hosts of heaven.
May they find it impossible to fulfil their purpose against me. Amen.

Psalm 18:28

LORD, you have brought light to my life; my God, you light up my darkness.

Prayer

Thank you for bringing light into my life after staying in darkness in ignorance.
How sweet is the light and the freedom that fills my soul.
Glory be to your name. Amen.

Psalm 19:14

Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.

Prayer

Help me to say what you want me to say, how you want me to say it, when you want me to say it and to whom you want me to say it.
Help me to control my thoughts as you are the only one who knows that I am thinking about apart from me.
Do not let me cross the line back into the devil’s camp; you have already paid the price.
Thank you father, I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

Psalm 19:1-2

The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament sheweth his handywork.
Day unto day uttereth speech, and night unto night sheweth knowledge.

Prayer

I look up to the heavens and I look around me this day, I see the snow, in some parts of the world, the sun is out.
Without fail, everyday from the beginning of time, day turns into night and some hours after, night turns into day.
Lord I bow down and worship you. All glory and honour and power belong to you alone.
Thank you for being my God. Amen.

John 17:17

Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

Prayer

I pray this day that your word will impact me, separating me and making me who you want me to be.
Thank you father, I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

John 17:14-16

I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.
They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

Prayer

I ask my Lord and my God, keep me from the devil and his agents.
Help me not to be drawn into the world and into the way things are done out there, rather let people be drawn to you through me.
In Jesus name. Amen.

John 17:2-3

As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.
And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.

Prayer

Thank you for the gift of eternal life.
I have not worked for it, nor paid for it.
Thank you for causing me to accept you as the only true God and that you came to earth as the man, Jesus to die for my sins. Amen.

John 16:33

These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Prayer

Thank you for the peace that I have because of the promises that have been released into my life.
Lord you have put everything under my feet. As you have overcome the world, I will live in victory for the rest of my life. Amen

Psalm 16:11

Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Prayer

Lord I have your life in me, I thank you.
There are many pathways to choose from, help me to make the right choices, the choices that will not lead to me missing out on heaven.
Let me forever dwell in your presence so that I’ll live a life of joy.
Let your name be glorified. Amen.

John 16:24

Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

Prayer

Thank you for the free pass you have given me.
From this day help me to remember that all I need is a prayer session away and my joy will be full.
In Jesus name I have prayed. Amen.

John 16:13

Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come.

Prayer

Thank you for your Spirit that is in me.
I pray that as the Spirit guides me into all truth, I will conscious of the voice of the Spirit to hear, after hearing, help me to obey.
As the Spirit shows me the things to come, help me to assess them and take the proper steps thereafter.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

John 15:18-20

If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.
If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.
Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

Prayer

Help me to stay true to you.
Help me to resist the cares of this world.
Be my shield and protect me from whatever the world throws at me because I am no longer part of the world.
Thank you father. I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

John 14:30

Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in me.

Prayer

As the prince of this world has nothing in you, I ask that you help me to the level where I will be bold to say the same thing.
Thank you for helping me in Jesus name. Amen.

John 14:27

Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

Prayer

Thank you for the peace you have given unto me.
I reject every fear that I have allowed to live in me.
I will live in peace no matter what is around me.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

John 14:25-26

These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you.
But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

Prayer

Lord, send me the Holy Ghost to teach me the things I do not know, send me the Holy Ghost to help me to remember all Jesus has said to me.
I need the information so I will know my place in Christ, so I’ll have access to the promises that are in place for me and also so I’ll be a better prayer person.
Thank you father in Jesus name I have prayed.

John 14:23

Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

Prayer

I ask father that you give me a heart to love you so I’ll able to trust you and obey you.
Please come into me and overshadow me as I surrender myself unto you.
Thank you as I know you have accepted my invitation in Jesus name. Amen.

John 14:13-14

And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.
If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

Prayer

Thank you father for being my God.
I look at the beauty of your words and I know nothing can be compared to them.
Thank you for the open cheque to ask you for anything and the promise to do whatever I ask in the name of your son, Jesus.
There is no greater encouragement for me to go on my knees and pray, knowing you always keep your promises.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen

John 14:10

Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.

Prayer

Lord God Almighty, as you were in Jesus Christ, come into me and let me be in you too.
Let me be your dwelling place.
As you spoke through Jesus, speak through me, do stuff through me as you did through your son too.
Let your name be glorified.
Thank you father in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen.

John 14:6 - The Way

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

Prayer

As you have showed me the way, help me to follow you and you alone.
I reject every lie of the devil designed to confuse me.
Thank you for calling me in Jesus name. Amen

John 13:18

I speak not of you all: I know whom I have chosen: but that the scripture may be fulfilled, He that eateth bread with me hath lifted up his heel against me.

Prayer

Lord you have not destined me to betray you.
I pray that greed will not enter into me or any spirit that will make me forget who I am, in you.
Help me father to fulfil my purpose. Amen

John 13:14-15

If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another's feet.
For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you.

Prayer

Lord give me a heart that would want to be like you, a humble heart and an obedient one.
Even though the world around me will not encourage me, I pray that your grace is sufficient for me.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

John 13:2

And supper being ended, the devil having now put into the heart of Judas Iscariot, Simon's son, to betray him;

Prayer

Every human being or agent of the devil that is out to cause me pain or betray me, I nullify all your activities in Jesus name. Amen.

Jeremiah 29:12-13

Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you.
And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

Prayer

Lord you are Almighty.
As I call on you today, hear me as you have promised.
You have said when I seek you, I will find you.
Give me a heart that knows that you have all the answers, a heart that will not waver.
I lay out my requests before, answer me speedily.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

Jeremiah 29:10-11

For thus saith the LORD, That after seventy years be accomplished at Babylon I will visit you, and perform my good word toward you, in causing you to return to this place.
For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.

Prayer

Lord perform your good word towards me today.
Thank you for the good thoughts you think towards me.
I know your thoughts will come to pass.
I pray I will always remember your thoughts concerning me.
I must stop processing evil thoughts, and I will fulfil my purpose on earth.
The peace of God will surround me, no matter what is going on in the world.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

Jeremiah 29:8-9

For thus saith the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Let not your prophets and your diviners, that be in the midst of you, deceive you, neither hearken to your dreams which ye cause to be dreamed.
For they prophesy falsely unto you in my name: I have not sent them, saith the LORD.

Prayer

Lord teach me to weigh every prophet and their prophesies in line with the word of God.
I close my ears to every word from the pits of hell.
I reject every false prophesy in Jesus name.
May every agent of the devil out there rot in fire in Jesus name.
Thank you father for the warning in Jesus name. Amen.

Jeremiah 29:7

And seek the peace of the city whither I have caused you to be carried away captives, and pray unto the LORD for it: for in the peace thereof shall ye have peace.

Prayer

I pray for the peace of the land where I live, let your peace reign in every facet of life.
Let there be peace between the governed and the governors.
Let the leaders at all levels rule with the fear of God. Let them make just laws and execute them without fear or favour.
I ask that you keep our children from the hands of the devil and his agents.
Let your name be glorified.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

Proverbs 13:22 - I will leave a legacy for my family

A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children: and the wealth of the sinner is laid up for the just.

Prayer

Thank you father for the grace to work, and the grace to create wealth.
When you created me, you said I am good; therefore I am a good man.
Help me to leave enough not only for my children, but also for my grandchildren.
As I have been justified by Christ, open my eyes to see what have been laid up for me so that I start using the wealth.
Thank you father in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen.

Jeremiah 29:6

Take ye wives, and beget sons and daughters; and take wives for your sons, and give your daughters to husbands, that they may bear sons and daughters; that ye may be increased there, and not diminished.

Prayer

I have seen another day, thank you father.
You have said I will be fruitful and I will multiply.
I thank you for the wife/husband you have given unto me and the children too.
I pray that I will be alive and well to marry off my children. They too will be fruitful and multiply.
I will live to see my children’s children and the future generation.
This is your will for mankind.
I pray for brothers and sisters who are waiting on you to experience these blessings. Answer speedily and let your name be glorified. Your word cannot fall to the ground.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

Jeremiah 29:5

Build ye houses, and dwell in them; and plant gardens, and eat the fruit of them;

Prayer

I thank you for the many promises and instructions you have given me for my personal benefit and also for the kingdom.
I will build houses and I will dwell in them, I will plant and I will eat the fruit of all I plant.
By your grace, I will not sow on evil ground.
None of my efforts will be in vain, all I start I will complete.
I will not sow and another reap, I will not die before my time.
I thank you as I know all my prayers today are answered in Jesus name. Amen.

John 12:32

And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me.

Prayer

As I lift you up, draw men into your kingdom.
Help me to sow, so you will water.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

John 12:26

If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.

Prayer

Lord, give me a heart of service.
Teach me to serve the way you want me to serve, where you want me to serve, when you want me to serve.
As I serve help me to follow you and you alone.
Let me be found where you will always be proud of me.
As the Most High honours me, the glory goes back to you.
Thank you Father in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen.

John 11:44

And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.

Prayer

Every seen and unseen object tying me or anything that is mine down, I command you to loose me and let me go now in Jesus name.
He who the son of man has set free is free indeed. I am free and I will remain free no matter what the devil does in Jesus name. Amen. Amen.

John 11:41-42

Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me.
And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me

Prayer

I thank you father. You are a God that hears and you are a God that answers prayers.
You have never disappointed and you will never disappoint.
You have said ask and it will be given, it has also been given.
Glory to you Lord in Jesus name. Amen.

John 11:40

Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?

Prayer

Lord let me experience your glory. I want a transformation.
I ask in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

John 11:39

Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days.

Prayer

No matter how long I have been dead or presumed dead in any area of my life, father let the hosts of heaven roll away the stone in Jesus name.
Every event or activity that has conspired to press me down, I reverse now as the stone has been taken away in Jesus name.
I refuse to be buried alive. I will live and not die.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

John 11:25-26 - The Resurrection

Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

Prayer

I believe in Jesus Christ, therefore by his grace every dead or dying condition will live.
As I am part of the “whosoever”, my eternal life is certain.
I pray my belief will continue to wax strong in Jesus name. Amen.

John 11:11

These things said he: and after that he saith unto them, Our friend Lazarus sleepeth; but I go, that I may awake him out of sleep.

Prayer

I ask that you identify with me, such that you would speak about me and call me your friend.
I ask that in every area that I am dead, give me life, wake me up in Jesus name. Amen

John 11:9-10

Jesus answered, Are there not twelve hours in the day? If any man walk in the day, he stumbleth not, because he seeth the light of this world.
But if a man walk in the night, he stumbleth, because there is no light in him.

Prayer

Help me to do the right things at the right time.
I ask for the light of this world to fill me today, to guide me, to lead, to cause me to make the right decisions every moment of my life.
With your help and presence, I will not stumble, I will not fall.
Thank you father in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen.

John 10: 28-29

And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.

Prayer

Again I can only thank you; I receive the eternal life you have freely given me today in Jesus name.
I can you for the confidence that no man can pluck me out of your hand.
I pray that I will be sensitive and will not continue to do anything that will make me attractive to those who want to take me away from you.
Thank you father for the shield of protection round about me and my own. I pray today in Jesus name. Amen.

John 10:11 - The Good Shepherd

I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep.
But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep.
The hireling fleeth, because he is an hireling, and careth not for the sheep.
I am the good shepherd, and know my sheep, and am known of mine.
As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.

Prayer

Thank you for being my shepherd, thank you for giving your life for me.
I ask that you open my eyes so I can differentiate the hireling from the shepherd without sentiment.
As I see the hireling, I separate myself from them all permanently in Jesus name.
Thank you for knowing me and thank you for giving me the grace to know you.

John 10:10

The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

Prayer

Lord I embrace you and the life that is the package you have brought to me. I receive the abundance and the fullness of life that is mine by your grace.
This day I refuse entrance to the thief and his agents in my actions, associations, thoughts and speech. I and all that is mine will not be stolen, killed or destroyed.
Thank you father, I have prayed in the name that is above all names, Jesus. Amen.

John 10:9 - The Door

I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.

Prayer

Father I enter into the door.
Thank you for the freedom to go in and come out.
Lead me to the green pastures, the spiritual and the physical food you have promised me.
Amen.

John 10:4-5

And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice.
And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers.

Prayer

I pray that I will never hear any strange voices from this moment in Jesus name.
I flee from strange voices either in books, television programmes, radio, pulpits or discussions in Jesus name.
Lord I ask that you direct my steps away from the gathering of strangers and direct me continually to the gathering of shepherds. Amen.

John 9:39-41

And Jesus said, For judgment I am come into this world, that they which see not might see; and that they which see might be made blind.
And some of the Pharisees which were with him heard these words, and said unto him, Are we blind also?
Jesus said unto them, If ye were blind, ye should have no sin: but now ye say, We see; therefore your sin remaineth.

Prayer

Father, you came for the sinner and not the self righteous.
I thank you for loving me so much and dying for my sins.
You have come, I accept you as my Lord and Saviour.
Thank you for the gift of salvation. Amen.

John 9:7-8

And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.
The neighbours therefore, and they which before had seen him that he was blind, said, Is not this he that sat and begged?

Prayer

I thank you father for identifying me today and giving me what I need, a miracle.
I pray for the grace to hear and the grace to obey you.
I pray that my miracle will cause astonishment in all who see me. My miracle will speak for itself.
I pray that what was previously thought impossible for me will start being possible in Jesus name. Amen.

1 Corinthians 10:12

Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

Prayer

I know I am what I am by your grace and your grace alone.
It is easy to look around and condemn others while not seeing my own faults.
I pray that you will always be my support as I rely on you to show me the way.
Help me father in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen.

1 Corinthians 10:1, 5

Moreover, brethren, I would not that ye should be ignorant, how that all our fathers were under the cloud, and all passed through the sea;
But with many of them God was not well pleased: for they were overthrown in the wilderness.

Prayer

Thank you for allowing me to abound in your grace.
I thank you because I am aware of the blessings over my life and that of my forefathers.
I pray that you will help me, such that I would not commit the errors of the past.
I want you to be pleased with me.
Help me for I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

John 9:5

As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world.

Prayer

Help me to do your will.
I pray that my attitude, the things I say and the things I do will cause people to be drawn to Christ.
I certainly pray that the light of God in me will shine brightly and nothing will dim the light in Jesus name. Amen

Psalm 90:12

So teach us to number our days, that we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

Prayer

Your word tells me that I will account for everything that I say and do.
Help me to remember this fact and be wise in what I do with my time.
Thank you father for you always hear me. Amen.

John 9:4

I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.

Prayer

Father I ask for the grace to fulfil my purpose as laid out by you.
Help me to do what I am meant to do rather than what I want to do or what is easy for me to do.
I thank you for reminding that every minute counts.
I let go of the spirit of procrastination now in Jesus name.
Thank you father in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen

John 8:51

Verily, verily, I say unto you, If a man keep my saying, he shall never see death.

Prayer

Lord you have said it with confidence, that if I hear and I keep what you are saying, I will live forever.
Help me to continue to hear and keep what you say.
I pray you will not stop speaking to me.
Help me to close my ears to every other voice apart from yours.
I pray nothing will steal what you are saying to me.
Thank you father. I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

John 6:63

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

Prayer

Father I need a new experience today. I need an urgent quickening.
There are groups of people who hear the word or read the word and it makes no difference.
There are people who do the same thing and their lives are never the same again.
I want to fall into the latter category.
Firstly let me hear, secondly let the spirit behind the word connect with spirit in me for the quickening to happen.
I reject death and I welcome life.
Thank you for my transformation and I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

John 6:36

But I said unto you, That ye also have seen me, and believe not.
All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

Prayer

I thank you Father that I am counted as part of those whom you have given to Jesus.
I thank you for the grace that has enabled me to hear the call of Jesus Christ.
I thank you that Jesus Christ will not cast me out.
I also pray that my actions will not cause me to go back to what I have left behind.
Thank you Most High God. I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

John 6:28-29

Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?
Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

Prayer

I believe with my whole heart that Jesus Christ is your son, and you sent him to the world to die for me.
Jesus who knew no sin, took all the sins of the world unto himself so that we might have eternal life.
Thank you for the love you have shown to me and thank you for giving me a heart to believe. I have prayed in the name of Jesus. Amen.

John 6:27

Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.

Prayer
I thank you father for all you have given to me and for all you have in store for me.
I am aware that all I need is in you.
I ask for a heart that is focused on eternal life and fulfilling my purpose on earth rather than chasing after things that will pass away.
Thank you father because you always hear me, in Jesus name I have prayed.

John 5:38-39

And ye have not his word abiding in you: for whom he hath sent, him ye believe not.
Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

Prayer

I pray that your word will always abide me in.
I pray that nothing from the pits of hell will come into me and pluck the word away from me.
I ask for grace to tarry in the place of study of the word this word will bring illumination into my life and my space.
Thank you father in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen

John 5:24-25

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

Prayer

Lord whatever will not allow me hear you, take away today in Jesus name.
Thank you because I believe and you have therefore granted me everlasting life.
Thank you because death has passed over me and I will leave forever.
I pray that through every possible medium the dead will hear, and as they hear satan and hell will continue to loose out.
Thank you father, in Jesus name I have prayed.

John 5:21

For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.

Prayer

I ask father that you raise me up in every area where I am dead or where I am dying.
Let me experience the power of resurrection.
I pray that you will raise all those who are dead to you.
I ask that you quicken my spiritual ears so that I will hear you easily.
I pray that as I read your word, you will quicken my understanding.
I also pray that I would be alert to the wiles of the devil and his agents, not allowing them any space in the territory you have given me.
Thank you father for the new me, answer me speedily in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen.

John 4:23-24

But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.
God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.

Prayer

You are seeking for true worshippers.
Give me a heart of worship. Let me be one of those whose worship will be like a sweet smelling aroma unto your nostrils.
I really want to appreciate you for being God Almighty. I want to live a life of worship. As I worship you help me not to think anything or anybody else while worshipping.
Thank you for the new opportunity. Answer me speedily for I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen

John 4:13-14

Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again:
But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

Prayer

Lord I do not want what I would have which would not be enough for me.
I position myself to receive from you.
Give me water to drink from which I will never be thirsty.
I need a permanent flow from you to me.
Let the water work for me, let the water stir me to greater heights, let the water lead me to heaven.
Thank you Father for I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

John 3:35-36

The Father loveth the Son, and hath given all things into his hand.
He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

Prayer

Thank you Father for giving us your son, Jesus Christ.
I publicly declare that I believe on Jesus.
I thank you for the gift of eternal life that is mine.
I pray for all you have heard and those who continue to hear about Jesus, help them to open the door of their hearts, so that they would all believe and escape the wrath that abides on those who do not.
Thank you for your grace. Amen.

John 3:30

He must increase, but I must decrease.

Prayer

Thank you for your grace that abounds over me.
Now I have no choice, increase in me, in every area of my life, in my going out and my coming in.
Increase in what goes through my heart and mind, and in what I say and how I say in.
Increase in what I do and how I do it.
Increase in where I go and when I go.
I must decrease. Help me to put you first and not me first.
This is impossible without you. I have had my way for so long.
Thank you Lord for I have prayed in the name of Jesus. Amen.

John 3:18-21

He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.
For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be reproved.
But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.

Prayer

Lord I believe on Jesus, therefore I am not condemned.
I pray that all who have not believed you yet, will have a change of heart.
I receive your light into my life forsaking all manner of evil.
I pray that all my deeds are inspired and wrought by you O God. Amen.

John 3:4-5

Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be born?
Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

Prayer

I thank you for the water that has washed me clean of all filthiness.
Thank you for giving me a new heart and pouring your spirit into me.
Thank you for the assurance that I can enter the Kingdom of God. Amen

John 3:3

Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Prayer

Thank for Father for helping me to make the choice to be born again.
Father, I know it is not by works but by your grace, I am I grateful.
I have decided to follow Jesus. I have a new relationship with you.
I will see the Kingdom of God. Amen.

John 2:14-17

And found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting:
And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables;
And said unto them that sold doves, Take these things hence; make not my Father's house an house of merchandise.
And his disciples remembered that it was written, The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up.

Prayer

In every area where I have used your house for purposes other than established by you, Father have mercy on me.
I will not be sent out of the house of God spiritually or physically.
Let the zeal of the Lord fill my heart.
Let me have a desire to do the right things at the right time and in the right place.
Thank you Father for I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

John 2:5

His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.

Prayer

I thank you Father for identifying with me.
I pray for a heart of obedience in this new month and for the rest of my life.
As I obey let me experience miracles that will transform me, and also bring glory to your name.
Thank you for this fresh start in Jesus name. Amen

Isaiah 65:23-24

They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble; for they are the seed of the blessed of the LORD, and their offspring with them.
And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

Prayer

I will not labour in vain.
I refuse to live a life of struggle.
By the grace of God, all things will work together for me because I have been blessed by God.
I am moving into a stage of my relationship with you my Father, where before I call on you, you will answer me and while I am still speaking your ears will be inclined to me and you will hear me.
It shall come to pass in Jesus name. Amen

Isaiah 65:21-22

And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their hands.

Prayer

I will be fruitful and I will multiply. This is the word of God and it is established.
Wherever I am, I will build houses and I will live in them.
My businesses will blossom, on my job I will excel in Jesus name.
I will enjoy the fruits of my labours. I will not work for others to eat while I suffer.
My days will be long. I will not die before my time.
Thank you Father in Jesus name. Amen

Isaiah 65:20

There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old shall be accursed.

Prayer

You have promised.
I will fulfil the number of my days. We will not die before our time, no matter what the devil and his agents say or do.
I and the family you have given me will live and not die.
We will live to declare your glory.
My Ministry and my calling will not die, my business will not die, and my finances will not die in Jesus name.
Every agent of the devil is my enemy and they are accursed for and ever. Amen.

Isaiah 65:13-14

Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, my servants shall eat, but ye shall be hungry: behold, my servants shall drink, but ye shall be thirsty: behold, my servants shall rejoice, but ye shall be ashamed:
Behold, my servants shall sing for joy of heart, but ye shall cry for sorrow of heart, and shall howl for vexation of spirit.

Prayer

Lord as you provide food for me to eat, the agents of the devil shall be hungry, as I drink out of your goodness, they shall be thirsty, as I rejoice, they shall wallow in shame.
I pray Father in the name of Jesus, as I sing songs of joy, sorrow shall be their portion and they shall not see rest. Amen

Job 22:29

When men are cast down, then thou shalt say, There is lifting up; and he shall save the humble person.

Prayer

Lift me up out of every hole that I find myself O Lord.
I surrender to you, the all knowing and all powerful God.
Save me from every entanglement that is holding me down.
Thank you father in Jesus name I have prayed.

Job 22:28

Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.

Prayer

I thank you Father for your promise which enables me to lay down the law with your backing.
I pray that as I decree according to your will, the heavens are on my side and my words will come to pass.
I ask that as your light shines on my ways I will not walk into the trap of the devil.
As your light shines upon me, darkness has no choice but to carry her bag and baggage and disappear.
Thank you Father in Jesus name. Amen

Job 22:27

Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee, and thou shalt pay thy vows.

Prayer

Lord I thank you for the opportunity to come into your presence again today.
I come with all the issues that confront me knowing you are the only one who has answers to them.
You have promised to hear me.
Help me to fulfil my vows so that I would not unwittingly block the blessings you have given me. Amen

Job 22:24-26

Then shalt thou lay up gold as dust, and the gold of Ophir as the stones of the brooks.
Yea, the Almighty shall be thy defence, and thou shalt have plenty of silver.
For then shalt thou have thy delight in the Almighty, and shalt lift up thy face unto God.

Prayer

As I return to you God, I will be surrounded by the riches you have promised me which will be immeasurable and uncountable.
You will be my defence because I will dwell in your presence.
Help me to delight in you, showcasing that you are my God.
I pray I will always lift my face unto you.
Thank you for the new beginnings in Jesus name. Amen.

Job 22:23

If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.

Prayer

I return to you my Lord and my God today. I return from my wandering, I have not been as close to you as I should have been. I have not read or meditated on your word, I have not found time to pray, I have just done my thing.
Build me up and lift me up. Help me out of this spiritual slump. I really need you.
I run away from a life of sin, especially those nobody can see, those thoughts....
Help me to live a life that would be pleasing to you.
Thank you Father in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen.

Job 22:22

Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart.

Prayer

Help me to create a time that I would set apart to hear from you.
Help me to understand what I hear or what you show me or what is imprinted in my heart.
Teach me to meditate on your words until the light in them sparks in my heart.
Give me a heart that will do what you say.
Thank you Father in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen

Job 22:21

Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee.

Prayer
Father I want to know you so that I will be able to relate with you.
It is only in knowing you, depending on you, listening to you and obeying that I can be at peace.
I know for a fact that when I start to know you, your promises will come to pass in my life.
Thank you for revealing yourself in Jesus’ name. Amen

Psalm 3:4-8

I cried unto the LORD with my voice, and he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.
I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.
I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, that have set themselves against me round about.
Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God: for thou hast smitten all mine enemies upon the cheek bone; thou hast broken the teeth of the ungodly.
Salvation belongeth unto the LORD: thy blessing is upon thy people. Selah.

Prayer

I thank you this day because I cry unto you and you hear me,
Some slept and did not wake up but you sustained me.
The agents of the devil are arrayed against me, but I thank you because you have not given me a spirit of fear.
I ask that you release the hosts of heaven to rise up on my behalf and destroy every gang up against me and all that concerns me.
You are the only one that saves and releases blessings.
Thank you Father in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen

Psalm 3:2-3

Many there be which say of my soul, There is no help for him in God. Selah.
But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

Prayer

My God and my king, I testify to your loving kindness and protection over me.
I run into you today to dwell in your presence knowing that any arrows from the devil and his agents cannot get at me.
I will continue to radiate in your light knowing you are forever my glory.
I know you will help me as I look up to you for a divine lifting today.
Thank you Father in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen

Psalm 2:10-12

Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.
Serve the LORD with fear, and rejoice with trembling.
Kiss the Son, lest he be angry, and ye perish from the way, when his wrath is kindled but a little. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.

Prayer

I was born a king and I will walk as such from this moment in Jesus name. I ask for wisdom that I need to operate the kingly anointing that rests upon me.
Lord let the spirit of the fear of the Lord rule my actions and my thoughts in Jesus name.
Father have mercy on me when I make mistakes, do not let your wrath fall on me.
I place my trust in you. You are more than able see me through.
Thank you Father for I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen

Psalm 2:4-9

He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the Lord shall have them in derision.
Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion.
I will declare the decree: the LORD hath said unto me, Thou art my Son; this day have I begotten thee.
Ask of me, and I shall give thee the heathen for thine inheritance, and the uttermost parts of the earth for thy possession.
Thou shalt break them with a rod of iron; thou shalt dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel.

Prayer

Father you sit in the heavens and the earth is your footstool. I ask that you put all agents of devil to shame, ridicule the gang up against me and mine O Lord.
Let them see your wrath as you have shown in times past.
I believe your son Jesus, and you have declared that I have the privilege to be called your son.
I ask and receive this day my inheritance which you have prepared for me from the beginning of time.
I walk in dominion over all before me in Jesus name. I receive the enlargement of my coast.
I receive the opening up of the world before me to take the gospel forward in Jesus name.
I break every opposition with the rod of iron dashing them into pieces never to rise again.
Thank you for the victory in Jesus name. Amen

Psalm 2:1-3

Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.

Prayer

Father let your fire fall on every agent of the devil raging against me in my presence or behind my back.
Father , wherever they have set themselves together, wherever they have ganged up or are starting to gang up against me, let the thunder of heaven fall on them and scatter them in Jesus name.
I break every cord that has been used to hold me down today in Jesus name. Amen.

Psalm 123:1-2

Unto thee lift I up mine eyes, O thou that dwellest in the heavens.
Behold, as the eyes of servants look unto the hand of their masters, and as the eyes of a maiden unto the hand of her mistress; so our eyes wait upon the LORD our God, until that he have mercy upon us.

Prayer

I lift up my eyes unto you recognising you are All in All.
You reign in heaven and you rule on earth.
Have mercy upon me and let your name be glorified. Let me enter into your rest this day, O Lord.
Thank you father for your grace in Jesus name, Amen

Hebrews 13:5

Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.

Prayer
I command every unclean spirit including covetousness to come of me and die in Jesus name.
I pray that I would radiate the grace of God and the things I say to everyone would draw people unto Jesus.
I ask that the spirit of contentment rest upon me such that what God has blessed me with will satisfy me and where I desire certain things I would focus on God , my provider alone.
Thank you because of the assurance that you will always be there for me, in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen

Hebrews 12:2

Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Prayer

I look unto you the author and finisher of my faith, the beginning and end of all I look up to.
I look up into the realm of the spirit and see that you were nailed on the cross and you died for my sins, you who knew no sin and you took away my sins,
To crown it all, you are now sitting at the right of God interceding for me.
I bow down and exalt you, I thank you and magnify your name. Amen.

Hebrews 11:6

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

Prayer

I want to please you every moment of my life.
I come to you today as I have no other God but you. You are the only one I want to turn to all the time.
I believe you are God Almighty and I seek you with every fibre of my body.
Draw me close to you, reward me father.
Thank you Lord and Master, in Jesus name. Amen

Hebrews 13:20-21

Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant,
Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Prayer

I ask that your peace rests upon me today and forever in Jesus name.
I decide to be a follower of Christ until my very end.
Make me perfect to do your will.
Your word says that I should endeavour to be perfect even as my father in heaven is perfect.
Let all I do be pleasing to you.
Let your grace abound towards me.

Deuteronomy 6:15

Prayer

Thank you father for loving me so much that you gave up your son for me.
You have said that I should not worship any god but you.
I declare publically that you are my God and I will always obey your word.
As I make you the biggest priority in life, help me to withstand temptation from the devil.
Help me to concentrate on the right things so that I will have no other desire than to please you.
Let me not do anything that will grieve you father and bring destruction upon myself, in Jesus name.

Hebrews 12:29

For our God is a consuming fire.

Prayer

My God that answers by fire.
Let your fire fall upon every hand of the devil disturbing my peace.
Let your fire consume every evil gathering conspiring against me and all that concerns me.
Let your fire fall upon all who are trying to tamper with my future and those who tampered in the past and failed. I am still standing in your grace.
Thank you for justice for you are a just God, in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen

Hebrews 13:8

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

Prayer
I look back at the works of your hand from time immemorial, I see what you are doing now, you are still the same.
You have always been there for me, you have never left me, neither have you forsaken me.
You have showered your love all over me, protected me and you are still the same.
My tomorrow is in your capable hands. Your blood is still speaking for me after 2000 years.
I continue my daily activities today knowing my tomorrow will be better than my today and my today better than my yesterday. My confidence is in you.

John 7:37-38

In the last day, that great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried, saying, If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink.
He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water.

Prayer

Father I want to know you more and I want you to talk to me, I want to hear words that would lift my spirit. I know when I drink from you, I will never be hungry again.
I believe you are the son of God and I know that you will give me all I need to be a blessing to everybody I am in contact with.
Thank you Father in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen.

1 Kings 6:12-13

Concerning this house which thou art in building, if thou wilt walk in my statutes, and execute my judgments, and keep all my commandments to walk in them; then will I perform my word with thee, which I spake unto David thy father:
And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will not forsake my people Israel.

Prayer

Father just as you strengthened Jesus Christ, strengthen my focus on your statutes, and help me to do as you say, even as I want to obey you.
As I obey you, perform all you have spoken to me in diverse ways.
No word of yours has ever fallen to the ground, it cannot start now.
You will accomplish for me what you purposed in Jesus name.
Let your Spirit be alive in me, let me know your presence in my life. You have promised you will not leave me alone. Thank you Father in Jesus name. Amen.

1 Kings 4:29-30

And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.
And Solomon's wisdom excelled the wisdom of all the children of the east country, and all the wisdom of Egypt.

Prayer

As wisdom is the principal thing, I ask for wisdom this day.
Give me wisdom like you gave Solomon.
Wisdom that can’t be quantified by any man.
Wisdom that will cause me to excel far above any man.
Wisdom that I will exhibit and bring glory to your name.
Thank you Father for I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen

2 Samuel 22:29

For thou art my lamp, O LORD: and the LORD will lighten my darkness.

Prayer

I come to you Father this day, let your light shine on me, let me see clearly so that I would not go to places I shouldn’t go, I wouldn’t think about things I shouldn’t think about, I wouldn’t step into traps the devil and his agents have laid for me.
Let your light shine on me so that I would understand the scriptures with ease.
Let your light shine on me so that I would walk out of darkness and embrace you totally.

Philippians 4:9

Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

Prayer

Father help me to remember all that I have been taught so I’ll put them into practice.
You have sent people to me so that I’ll their watch them. Help me to identify all whom you have sent to me.
As you have promised, let your peace reign in me. Amen

Philippians 4:8

Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Prayer

Help me to change the way I am so that my mind will start to function differently.
The way the world operates is completely different from the way I am meant to think.
It is only your grace that can see me through.
Help me to start focusing on the good things around me, things that are lovely and pure things.
I take captive my thoughts from today to the obedience of Christ. Amen

Philippians 4:7

And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Prayer

I ask that the peace of God rests upon me and all that concerns me from this day henceforth, keeping my heart stayed on Jesus, the Prince of Peace. Amen

Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Prayer

Father help me to be totally dependent on you, such that when I need things I am rest assured that you are able to supply all my needs.
Help me to remember that at all times and in all situations I must turn to you in prayer, thanking you for all you have done in the past, the things you are doing now and also the things you are going to do in the future.
I reject every spirit of worrying from this day in Jesus name, amen.

Philippians 4:5

Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand.

Prayer

Help me to remember at all times that we are in the end times and you are coming soon.
With this in mind, I want to live a life that does not long for material things just for the sake of having them.
Give me a heart that does not show off what I have, oppressing have-nots knowingly or un knowingly.
I ask for the grace to be contented with what I am blessed with.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen

Philippians 4:4

Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

Prayer

Let rejoicing come from deep within me now and continuously in Jesus name.
Let the peace of God cause my countenance change to a joyous one from this moment in Jesus name. Amen

Philippians 3:13-14

Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,
I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Prayer

Father I thank you for the things that I have passed through up until this day, the successes, near successes and even the failures.
I thank you for your grace that has kept me alive and going.
I have learnt from the past, concentrate on the present and look forward to the future.
I pray that a determination should envelope me as I press forward, determining that no barriers will stop me from getting the prize of the high calling of God upon my life in Jesus name. Amen

Philippians 3:2-3

Beware of dogs, beware of evil workers, beware of the concision.
For we are the circumcision, which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh.

Prayer

Give me a heart that can discern good and evil so that when I hear people or watch on the television, I will know who is serving you and who is an agent of the devil.
Help me so that I will not be polluted by evil doctrines masquerading as being from you.
The times are dangerous. Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen.

Philippians 2:16

Holding forth the word of life; that I may rejoice in the day of Christ, that I have not run in vain, neither laboured in vain.

Prayer
Help me to live the word today and everyday, speaking to the people I come into contact with about Jesus.
Let the character of Christ shine through me today and everyday.
At the end of the race of life let me rejoice knowing I have fulfilled my purpose in life.

Philippians 2:14-15

Do all things without murmurings and disputings:
That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

Prayer

Father I will start to do all things without complaining.
With your help I will start to obey you without looking for excuses.
You have said that I should be perfect just as you are perfect, this will be my goal. I will be a salt and a light unto the world.

Philippians 2:13

For it is God which worketh in you both to will and to do of his good pleasure.

Prayer

I thank you father for finding me worthy to have a relationship with.
Without you, I am dead and with you I am alive.
You have given me a will to make choices and you have given me the ability to do what I want to do.
Out of your love for me, you help me to make the right choices and when I go ahead to obey you, I give you pleasure.
May your name be praised.

Philippians 2:12

Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling.

Prayer

Father help me as I want to continue to obey you, whether someone is watching me or not or whether I remember that you are everywhere or not.
Help me to make the right choices all the time, so that I will not fail to enter heaven when the time comes.
Help me to take my salvation seriously so that I do not throw it away.
Thank you father in Jesus’ name. Amen

Philippians 2: 5-8

Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:
Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:
But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men:
And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

Prayer

Lord give me the mind of Jesus, help me to exhibit the humility that Christ showed when he obeyed the father on the cross of cavalry.
Help me not to think highly of myself compared to other people. I must not look down on people; rather let me see you in them.
I want to have a desire to obey you no matter how inconvenient I think it is.
Thank you father in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Philippians 1:20

According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death.

Prayer

By your grace I am confident that I will not be ashamed of declaring you are my father, I will not be ashamed that I am born again, I will not be ashamed to spread the good news of salvation at every opportunity and through every avenue available to me.
I ask that Christ be magnified in my body such that as I lift Him up, he will draw men unto himself. So help me God in Jesus’ name. Amen

Philippians 1:6

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ

Prayer

My confidence is in you this day father, all you have started in my life, every door that you have opened in my family, ministry, church, business, on my job, you will complete in the name of Jesus.
And I know of a fact that you will not stop until I meet with Jesus.

Philippians 4:13

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Prayer

This day I thank you for the strength of Christ which is available to me.
I thank you because I can do everything that Christ has purposed me to do.
I thank you father because in you, I will achieve my purpose and every trial or temptation I will overcome in Jesus’ name. Amen

Isaiah 54:16-17

Behold, I have created the smith that bloweth the coals in the fire, and that bringeth forth an instrument for his work; and I have created the waster to destroy.
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of the LORD, and their righteousness is of me, saith the LORD.
Prayer
No weapons of the devil will function against me.
I condemn every evil word written or spoken about me.
Every gang up against me I send the fire of God to start to confuse and scatter them, in Jesus’ name. Amen.

Isaiah 54:14-15

In righteousness shalt thou be established: thou shalt be far from oppression; for thou shalt not fear: and from terror; for it shall not come near thee.
Behold, they shall surely gather together, but not by me: whosoever shall gather together against thee shall fall for thy sake.

Prayer

Thank you for establishing me in your righteousness.
By your grace oppression is far from me. I am free and I have no fear, because you are my shield terror cannot come near me.
I scatter every gathering against me with the blood of Jesus.
Whether they know it or not, they will fall for my sake in Jesus name. Amen.

Jeremiah 33:3

Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.

Prayer

Thank you father for giving me the opportunity to call you anytime.
You have also assured me you will answer me.
I wait on you to show me great and mighty things that have been kept away from me, things that will draw me closer to you and will move me to my destiny.

Isaiah 54:10-13

For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the LORD that hath mercy on thee.
O thou afflicted, tossed with tempest, and not comforted, behold, I will lay thy stones with fair colours, and lay thy foundations with sapphires.
And I will make thy windows of agates, and thy gates of carbuncles, and all thy borders of pleasant stones.
And all thy children shall be taught of the LORD; and great shall be the peace of thy children.

Prayer

Father thank you for your guarantee of kindness to me and your covenant of peace with me and my family.
I thank you as you have started to beautify me, by your grace I will remain solid in you.
As you have promised all my children will be taught directly by you and they will all turn out great in Jesus name. Amen

Isaiah 54:7-8

For a small moment have I forsaken thee; but with great mercies will I gather thee.
In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the LORD thy Redeemer.

Prayer

Thank you for remembering me father and bringing me back into your presence.
Let me continue to enjoy your kindness, let your mercy abound over me in Jesus name. Amen

Isaiah 54:5

For thy Maker is thine husband; the LORD of hosts is his name; and thy Redeemer the Holy One of Israel; The God of the whole earth shall he be called.

Prayer

I thank you my Lord and King because you are my husband, taking care of me, providing for me, being my best friend and confidant just like an earthly husband would be.
You are the Captain of the hosts of heaven, fighting for me and ensuring your promises come to pass in my life.
You paid a price for me, shedding the blood of your son Jesus Christ, redeeming me from the curse of the law.
You are God and there is none like you.
This day I bow before your throne and I worship. I thank you for making me worthy to come before you. Be magnified in Jesus name. Amen.

Isaiah 54:4

Fear not; for thou shalt not be ashamed: neither be thou confounded; for thou shalt not be put to shame: for thou shalt forget the shame of thy youth, and shalt not remember the reproach of thy widowhood any more.

Prayer
I will not fear because you have not given me a spirit of fear.
I will not be ashamed.
I will not be confounded because you have given me wisdom to tackle every situation before me.
I will not be put to shame because my sins you will remember no more.
You have promised me father that old things have passed way and all things have become new.
The reproaches of my emptiness and loneliness have been taken away in Jesus name. Amen

3 John 1:2

Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.

Prayer

Thank you for your desire to see prosper, for me to have good health, all things happening according to your will for me, in Jesus name.

Jeremiah 24:7

And I will give them a heart to know me, that I am the LORD: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart.

Prayer

As you have promised give me a heart to know you in all your power, a heart to appreciate you, a heart that bows down before you and surrenders to you.
I return to you for guidance. Lead me and be my God.

For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

Prayer

Out of your love, help me to keep your commandments.
Help me to realise that keeping your commandments is good for me and I can only benefit from this.

Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men.
Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid.
Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.

Prayer

Lord help me to be a good example to all around me.
Help me to be a shining light chasing away darkness everywhere I am.
Help me to be bold enough to lift up your name wherever I am.
Help me to continue to do good bringing glory to you.

Matthew 4:19

And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.

Prayer

I surrender all to you as I learn how to fulfil your command to go into the world and preach the good news.
Give me the heart to follow you and let your name be glorified.

And there came of all people to hear the wisdom of Solomon, from all kings of the earth, which had heard of his wisdom.

Prayer

As I ask and receive the spirit of wisdom from you, let my exhibition of wisdom draw people to you. Amen

1 Kings 4:7, 27

And Solomon had twelve officers over all Israel, which provided victuals for the king and his household: each man his month in a year made provision.
And those officers provided victual for king Solomon, and for all that came unto king Solomon's table, every man in his month: they lacked nothing.

Prayer

All those whom you have chosen to be a blessing to me, nothing will hold them from obeying your command.
Let their cups run over, they will not suffer lack from this day in Jesus name. Amen

1 Kings 3:20

And she arose at midnight, and took my son from beside me, while thine handmaid slept, and laid it in her bosom, and laid her dead child in my bosom.

Prayer

Grant me the grace not to sleep when the enemy is waging war against me.
I nullify every strategy of the enemy against me by fire.
I ask that the host of heaven protect me and all that is mine in Jesus name. Amen

1 Kings 3:11-13

And God said unto him, Because thou hast asked this thing, and hast not asked for thyself long life; neither hast asked riches for thyself, nor hast asked the life of thine enemies; but hast asked for thyself understanding to discern judgment;
Behold, I have done according to thy words: lo, I have given thee a wise and an understanding heart; so that there was none like thee before thee, neither after thee shall any arise like unto thee.
And I have also given thee that which thou hast not asked, both riches, and honour: so that there shall not be any among the kings like unto thee all thy days.

Prayer

Father help me not to pray amiss. Help me to ask according to what you want for me.
Bless me with abundance, let your name be glorified.

1 Kings 3:9-10

Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?
And the speech pleased the Lord, that Solomon had asked this thing.

Prayer

Father give me a heart that discerns between good and bad, a heart that would not want to disappoint you.
When I have discerned, help me to make the right choice.
Give me an understanding heart that will want to be the best in all I do, on my job, business, ministry or studies.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen

1 Kings 3:4-5

And the king went to Gibeon to sacrifice there; for that was the great high place: a thousand burnt offerings did Solomon offer upon that altar.
In Gibeon the LORD appeared to Solomon in a dream by night: and God said, Ask what I shall give thee.

Prayer

Give me a heart that sacrifices unto you. I want to give all I am and all I have to you.
I bring a sacrifice of praise to you now.
Let my sacrifice be acceptable unto you.
Let it be like a sweet smelling savour unto your nostrils.
Appear unto me as you appeared unto Solomon. I need you father. Amen

1 Kings 1:11-12

Wherefore Nathan spake unto Bathsheba the mother of Solomon, saying, Hast thou not heard that Adonijah the son of Haggith doth reign, and David our lord knoweth it not?
Now therefore come, let me, I pray thee, give thee counsel, that thou mayest save thine own life, and the life of thy son Solomon.

Prayer

Lord send the helper of my destiny to me, let nothing delay this person, let him obey you and appear immediately to me.
When he comes to me, let me recognise him. When he speaks, let me hear and do as he says.

Jeremiah 23:8

But, The LORD liveth, which brought up and which led the seed of the house of Israel out of the north country, and from all countries whither I had driven them; and they shall dwell in their own land.

Prayer

Father lead me out of where I am at the moment.
Lead me out every place that I am held captive.
My mind, the things I depend on that are not of you, all reports that are contrary to your word concerning me that I believe, sins and acts that I committed in the past that still condemn me.
Let me start to dwell in the land you have given unto me. A place of peace inside you. A place of victory through Christ Jesus. Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen

Jeremiah 18:6

O house of Israel, cannot I do with you as this potter? saith the LORD. Behold, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are ye in mine hand, O house of Israel.

Prayer

Almighty God I am in your hands.
Give me a heart that will do as you please.
Mould me into what you created me to be.
Speak to me, send help to me, do me as you please.
I have to fulfil the destiny you have laid out for me.
Let your name be glorified. Amen

Jeremiah 17:14

Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.

Prayer

Have mercy on me. Heal me of all my sins.
The death of Christ cannot be in vain. Save me from the clutches of the evil one.
Let your name be glorified.

Jeremiah 17:9-10

The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?
I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Prayer

I know sometimes I think about stuff that I should not allow to pass through my mind.
You know my heart father, help me and have mercy on me.
Give me a new heart, even as I subject my heart to thinking about stuff you would have me think about.

Jeremiah 17:7-8

Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

Prayer

As I trust in you father, my hopes are on you.
Lord cause me to be like a tree planted by the waters, nurtured by the waters, nutrients bringing daily increase into my life
Drought will not be my portion, rather I will continue to be fruitful, day in, day out. Amen

Jeremiah 17:5-6

Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.

Prayer

Father I will trust in you and you alone. Trusting in men will only lead to disappointment and suffering.
As I determine to be dependent on you, help me father in Jesus name. Amen

Prayer

Lord my receipt of your promises is linked to my obedience.
I know that all you have promised, you will perform.
I want to partake of your promises.
Give me a heart that will hear and obey, a heart that knows the right thing and does it.
I want to be identified as part of your people and you have to be my God.
I do not have any other God.
Thank you for your grace in Jesus name. Amen

Jeremiah 10:12-13

He hath made the earth by his power, he hath established the world by his wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by his discretion.
When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens, and he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; he maketh lightnings with rain, and bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures.

Prayer

You are Almighty, creator of the heavens, creator of the earth.
You sit in the heavens; your footstool reaches the earth.
There is no limit to your reach.
You speak and the earth experiences thunder.
You do what you want, when you want.
You give and you withhold at your pleasure.
All glory to your name.
I live to worship you.

Jeremiah 10:2

Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them.

Prayer

Help me to do things your way rather than the way of the unbeliever.
The way of the world seems easy but it leads to destruction.
Help me to be patient and depend on you, and you alone.
You made the heavens and the earth, therefore for me only good can come out of heaven.
As the world continues to look for the signs, my focus will remain on you.
Thank you for your grace. Amen.

Jeremiah 9:23-24

Thus saith the LORD, Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, neither let the mighty man glory in his might, let not the rich man glory in his riches:
But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the LORD which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the LORD.

Prayer

Help me not to be full of myself.
Help me to remember always that whatever I am now is by your grace.
Thank you for your loving kindness and righteousness, in Jesus name. Amen

Jeremiah 6:16

Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls. But they said, We will not walk therein.

Prayer

As I journey through life, hold me with your righteous right hand, show me the way, the good examples I should follow, drop into my heart.
Let my worries come to an end; let me find rest for my soul.
Thank you father for seeing me through. Amen

Jeremiah 1:5

Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations.

Prayer

Lord, I thank you because you are Almighty.
You knew me before I was born. You know my beginning and you know my end.
I pray that nothing will stand between me and my destiny.
I ask that your grace will see me through.
I am sanctified by the blood of Jesus and father I know you will back me up.

Look to yourselves, that we lose not those things which we have wrought, but that we receive a full reward.

Prayer

Help me to guard my heart against false doctrine.
I pray that I will never lose the reward of accepting Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour. Amen

2 John 1:7

For many deceivers are entered into the world, who confess not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh. This is a deceiver and an antichrist.

Prayer

Father grant me the grace to know you well enough, such that when I hear anything contrary to the truth of the bible, I will run.
I do not want to follow the antichrist to the place prepared for it.
Help me father in Jesus name. Amen

Ezekiel 18:30-32

Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, saith the Lord GOD.
Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity shall not be your ruin.
Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel?
For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.

Prayer

Lord I turn away from sin today, as I know it can only lead me to hell.
I cast off all I do that do not align with your word.
Give me a new heart and a new spirit.
Give me eternal life father.
Thank you for this chance in Jesus name I pray. Amen.

Matthew 4:1-4

Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil.
And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred.
And when the tempter came to him, he said, If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread.
But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Prayer

Father whenever the devil and his agents bring temptation my way, help me to realise that the devil is at work.
Just as Jesus responded with the word, let my response be from your word.
Let there be a desire to study the word, so that the word will be in me.
Thank you for your grace in Jesus name. Amen

Matthew 3:15-17

And Jesus answering said unto him, Suffer it to be so now: for thus it becometh us to fulfil all righteousness. Then he suffered him.
And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:
And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Prayer

Lord as I do all that you ask of me let the righteousness of Jesus rest upon me.
Let the heavens be opened unto me. Let me enjoy the goodness of you being my father.
Let your spirit descend upon me, let a new me be born this day.
Identify with me father, be pleased with me today and always. Amen

Romans 13:13-14

Let us walk honestly, as in the day; not in rioting and drunkenness, not in chambering and wantonness, not in strife and envying.
But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

Prayer

Lord help me to live a life that will bring glory to your name.
A life that all would see Christ in me, drawing people unto you, in Jesus name I have prayed. Amen

Romans 13:11-12

And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.
The night is far spent, the day is at hand: let us therefore cast off the works of darkness, and let us put on the armour of light.

Prayer

I awake out of every form of slumber, every area where I have given up, every area where I have been slacking, and every area where I have allowed the devil and his agents to corner me, in Jesus’ name.
Father as you are coming soon, you must not meet me in this situation.
I cast off my life every work of darkness, every cloak the devil has used to cover me or slow me down, and every secret sin I stop with the help of the Holy Spirit in Jesus name.
I put on the armour of light, to overcome every darkness in Jesus name.
Thank you father in Jesus name. Amen

Psalm 7:9

Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins.

Prayer

Let the works of evil against me stop now in Jesus name.
My righteousness is in Jesus. Establish me in Jesus name. Amen

Esther 8:6

For how can I endure to see the evil that shall come unto my people? or how can I endure to see the destruction of my kindred?

Prayer

Give me a compassionate heart, a heart that will put the affairs of others before mine.
A desire to use whatever the Lord has blessed me with for the benefits of other people.
I pray I will not be helpless whenever injustice is been perpetrated.
Thank you for your grace towards me. Amen

Esther 6:4, 8

And the king said, Who is in the court? Now Haman was come into the outward court of the king's house, to speak unto the king to hang Mordecai on the gallows that he had prepared for him.
Let the royal apparel be brought which the king useth to wear, and the horse that the king rideth upon, and the crown royal which is set upon his head.

Prayer

Lord let every evil planner walk into the trap they have set for the children of God.
Let them not find rest until they have fallen into the pit they had dug.
Father let nothing stop the bearer of my blessing from releasing my blessing into my hands.
My tomorrow shall be better than my today.
