Lamentations 3:40 - Turn to God

Let us search and try our ways, and turn again to the LORD.

Prayer

Help me as I make a decision to stop complaining and instead look inwards into my ways.
Help me as I look into Your word to find answers to the nagging questions on my mind.
Help me to find the grace that is already available to see me through these times.
Thank You Lord for Your faithfulness to me. Amen.

Lamentations 3:26 - Salvation of the Lord

It is good that a man should both hope and quietly wait for the salvation of the LORD.

Prayer

Thank You Lord for giving me a heart that trusts in You.
You have never disappointed, that is why I can confidently wait for all You have promised.
Thanks for Your grace which is sufficient for me.
I wait for salvation from every attempt by agents of evil and walking in victory on every side.
Thank You father, I have prayed in the name of Jesus, Amen

Jeremiah 17:14 - Save me Lord

Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise.

Prayer

Lord You are the only One who can heal and can save.
Father, save me from enemies, save me from myself.
You are the reason why I praise.
Thank You for giving me another reason to praise you. Amen

Jeremiah 17:11 - Greed will be far from me

As the partridge sitteth on eggs, and hatcheth them not; so he that getteth riches, and not by right, shall leave them in the midst of his days, and at his end shall be a fool.

Prayer

I pray Lord the spirit of greed will have no place in me.
In all my doings whatever I lay my hands on, help me to complete it.
Let the fear of God rule my affairs with all I come into contact with.
All You bless me with, help me to be judicious with them.
As You have promised I will leave an inheritance for my children’s children.
I have prayed in Jesus name, Amen.

Jeremiah 17:10 - Search my heart

I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings.

Prayer

Lord search my heart and do me well O God.
I pray that my ways will please You.
I pray that my ways will be the path You have chosen for me.
By Your grace let my doings be fruitful.
I must not be engaged in unfruitful things or relationships.
Thank You for being good to me. Amen.

Jeremiah 17:5-8 - Blessed and not Cursed

Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.
For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.
Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is.
For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

Prayer

My Lord, the choice is clear, I want to be blessed and not cursed.
I do not want to be in a desolate state.
Teach me, show me and help me to trust in You.
Give me a good understanding of the word so that my hope would be on You.
As I trust in You I pray for divine nourishment, fruitfulness and protection.
I will not see drought in Jesus name. Amen.

Amos 9:14 - I will rebuild

And I will bring again the captivity of my people of Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; they shall also make gardens, and eat the fruit of them.

Prayer

Thank You for my release from every form of captivity.
Thank You because by Your grace every wasted past will be rebuilt in Jesus name.
I thank You because whatever I start, I will finish and I will enjoy. Whatever I plant, I will harvest in Jesus name.
I will enjoy the good of the land where the Lord has put me.
Thank You my Lord and my God. Amen.

Amos 9:13 - Overflow of blessings

Behold, the days come, saith the LORD, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall melt.

Prayer

Let there be an overflow of blessings into my life.
Let there be an abundance of physical and spiritual blessings into my life, husband/wife, children, family, church, ministry, business, education in Jesus name.
Let the blessings be unending, before a blessing runs its course another blessing will take its place in Jesus name.

Isaiah 30:1-3 - I will take only Godly Counsel

Woe to the rebellious children, saith the LORD, that take counsel, but not of me; and that cover with a covering, but not of my spirit, that they may add sin to sin:
That walk to go down into Egypt, and have not asked at my mouth; to strengthen themselves in the strength of Pharaoh, and to trust in the shadow of Egypt!
Therefore shall the strength of Pharaoh be your shame, and the trust in the shadow of Egypt your confusion.

Prayer

Help me O Lord as I refuse to be a rebellious child.
Help me as I refuse to take counsel from worldly sources.
Stir my heart to seek Your counsel, grant me patience to wait on You.
Order my steps O Lord.
I will not be lured by a counterfeit power, rather because You have chosen me, your strength will be my strength.
By Your grace I will be blessed by You, I will not be cursed.
Thank You Father in Jesus name. Amen.

Proverbs 10:3 - He will not turn me away

The LORD will not suffer the soul of the righteous to famish: but he casteth away the substance of the wicked.

Prayer

Thank You Father because I am righteous in You.
Thank You for continuing to provide for me.
I appreciate the abundance of grace towards me. Amen

Proverbs 7:1-3 - Keeping the Word

My son, keep my words, and lay up my commandments with thee.
Keep my commandments, and live; and my law as the apple of thine eye.
Bind them upon thy fingers; write them upon the table of thine heart.

Prayer

Help me as I desire to learn and keep Your words.
Teach me how to lay them on my heart for I want the law to be the apple of my heart.
As I bind them upon my fingers, nothing will separate me from knowing the word and doing as it says in Jesus name. Amen.

Matthew 6:13 - Deliver me from evil

And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Prayer

Lord I ask for help to resist temptation from the devil.
Help me to escape every trap of the evil one.
I must win every battle just as You never lost a battle.
Yes the kingdom is Yours, You do as You wish because all power is Yours.
Let Your name be glorified on the earth and in the heavens. Amen

Proverbs 3:35 - Help me to inherit God's glory

The wise shall inherit glory: but shame shall be the promotion of fools.

Prayer

Answer me Lord as I seek wisdom from You.
I want to inherit Your glory.
On this new day, let shame and foolishness be far from me.
I thank and praise You for answered prayers. Amen.
