2 Samuel 24:24 -My service will cost me

And the king said unto Araunah, Nay; but I will surely buy it of thee at a price: neither will I offer burnt offerings unto the LORD my God of that which doth cost me nothing. So David bought the threshingfloor and the oxen for fifty shekels of silver.

Prayer

I pray that I will no longer serve God or give God anything out of convenience.

I will give the best worship; I will offer the best sacrifices of praise and my resources.

Help me O LORD as I desire to go the extra mile for you; you who gave your only son for me.

Thank you for answering me, in Jesus name. Amen

2 Samuel 24:14 - His mercies are great

And David said unto Gad, I am in a great strait: let us fall now into the hand of the LORD; for his mercies are great: and let me not fall into the hand of man.

Prayer

Protect me from falling into the hands of any man, especially agents of the devil.

Thank you LORD for you are my protection, my deliverer, my shield and buckler, my all in all.

I bless you for when I fall short, you show me mercy.

Thank you for having good thoughts concerning me.

Acts 4:31 - The place shook

And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.

Prayer

Pour upon me the spirit of prayer and supplication.

Whenever I pray, let me be filled with the Holy Ghost.

Let the heavens recognise my voice.

Give me the grace to speak with boldness.

Thank you father in Jesus name.

Genesis 32:6-7 - I will not be stressed

And the messengers returned to Jacob, saying, We came to thy brother Esau, and also he cometh to meet thee, and four hundred men with him.

Then Jacob was greatly afraid and distressed: and he divided the people that was with him, and the flocks, and herds, and the camels, into two bands;

Prayer

I pray that fear of the known and unknown will not bring me stress in Jesus name.

I ask for wisdom from the God of heaven to react and plan in the way he wants me to, in Jesus mighty name.

Psalm 55:22 - I put all at his feet

Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.

Prayer

Every burden, load, yoke that is upon me, I remove this day and I give to you.

Thank you for your promise to sustain me for I will live and I will not die. I will live to declare your glory in Jesus name.

Thank you because you will not allow me to be shaken. I will not be moved for I cannot be moved out of your grip.

You are a great and mighty God. Amen.
