2 Peter 3:16 - I will not be ignorant

He speaks about this subject in all his letters. Some things in them are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, leading to their own destruction, as they do the rest of the Scriptures.

Prayer

Give me the wisdom to understand the scriptures.

Help me to discern distortion of the word of God.

I surrender myself to the power in the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Proverbs 10:1 - A wise son

A wise son makes a glad father, but a foolish son is a sorrow to his mother
Prayer
Help me to train my children well so that their behaviour will make me glad at all times.

Help me to behave well at all times remembering what I have been taught by my father.

Let foolishness be far from me in Jesus name. Amen

Matthew 25:34-36 - I want to inherit the kingdom

Then shall the King say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

For I was an hungred, and ye gave me meat: I was thirsty, and ye gave me drink: I was a stranger, and ye took me in:

Naked, and ye clothed me: I was sick, and ye visited me: I was in prison, and ye came unto me.

Prayer

On the day that you come back, I pray I will be part of the sheep on your right hand side.

All that is required, teach me and help me to do them.

Give me the heart of Jesus that in compassion will always give to the needy and care for them.

I do not want to go to hell. Answer me I pray in Jesus name. Amen.

Mark 12:31 - Love my neighbour

And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

Prayer

Help me Lord to understand that my neighbour is everyone both near to me and far from me.

You are the only one who are incline my heart to love them as I love myself.

I can’t do this by myself. Help me so I don’t disappoint you.

Mark 12:30 - Love God with all my heart

And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.

Prayer

Yes by your grace you are my God and I am yours.

Help me to love you with all my faculties.

It is natural to put me first, that is why I need your help for I can’t do this by my own ability.
