Leviticus 20:7 - I want to be holy

Consecrate yourselves, therefore, and be holy, for I am the LORD your God.

Prayer

Help me keep away from the pollution of sin.

Help me commit to living a life that is holy and acceptable to you in Jesus name.

Help me for I honestly want my life to resemble yours in Jesus name. Amen

 

Ephesians 1:21-22 - Jesus is power

Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion, and above every name that is named, not only in this age but also in the one to come.

And he put all things under his feet and gave him as head over all things to the church,

Prayer

I worship you who sit far above powers and dominion.

I exalt you for you are above every creature that has a name.

You are above sickness, disease, failure, lack and everything that represents the kingdom of darkness.

Thank you for because all things are under you, the agents of the devil can’t destroy me.

Ephesians 1:19-20 - Greatness of the power of God

And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power,

Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places,

Prayer

Lord help me understand and help me appreciate the greatness of your power which led to my salvation.

Your exceedingly great power raised Jesus Christ from the dead.

That same power raised me up for I was dead in sin and at the same time it destroyed sin’s hold over me.

I need your help in comprehending the greatness of that same power which set Jesus at your right hand in the heavens.

Help me my Lord in Jesus name. Amen.

Ephesians 1:18 - Open my eyes of understanding

The eyes of your understanding being enlightened; that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints,

Prayer

Let me understand that I have to run away from sin.

Let me understand that my righteousness is in Christ Jesus.

Let me understand Jesus has won the battle for me.

Teach me all I should hope for and all the benefits associated with my calling as your child.

Help me understand that through love I am yours forever and you are mine in Jesus name. Amen
