1 Corinthians 2:15 - Help me judge correctly

The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one.

Prayer

Let me walk according to the Holy Spirit.

Help me know your voice apart from that of the wicked.

Help me distinguish the truth of the gospel apart from false doctrine.

Let the judgement of the unrighteous have no impact on me in Jesus name. Amen

Proverbs 18:12 - I want humility

Before destruction the heart of man is haughty, and before honour is humility.

Prayer

I do not want pride in my life. Let every appearance of pride die completely in Jesus name.

I ask for a gentle and humble spirit.

As a live in humility grant me the many rewards of humility in Jesus name. Amen

1 Corinthians 2:14 - Give me your Spirit

But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned.

Prayer

Give me your Spirit so that I can discern the things of God.

Teach me how to receive all things from you.

Help me so that I do not yield to my natural man any longer in Jesus name. Amen

1 Corinthians 2:5 - Faith based on the power of God

That your faith should not stand in the wisdom of men, but in the power of God.

Prayer

Let my faith rest in you alone.

Let my faith in you be stirred up by your power through Jesus Christ.

Help me so I am not moved by emotion or by the eloquence of men in Jesus name. Amen

1 Corinthians 2:4 - Let my speech be powerful

And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:

Prayer

I ask for the wisdom of God.

Let the words of my mouth show God’s wisdom at all times.

Let my words be backed by the power of God drawing people into the kingdom of God.

Joshua 5:9 - The reproach must be rolled away

And the LORD said to Joshua, "Today I have rolled away the reproach of Egypt from you." And so the name of that place is called Gilgal to this day.

Prayer

Let every shame from the past, including those I might not be aware of be rolled away completely in Jesus mighty name.

Help me lift my head up to glorify your holy name.

Thank you Lord in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

Proverbs 18:11

The rich man's wealth is his strong city, and as an high wall in his own conceit.

Prayer

I pray that I will put no trust in wealth or earthly riches.

Help me to depend no you alone O LORD.

I ask that you be my shield. I ask that you encamp round about me in Jesus name. Amen

Acts 4:31 - Fill me with the Holy Spirit

And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.

Prayer

I ask that I be filled with the Holy Spirit.

I want to be filled with desire to reach out to you at all times.

Whenever I pray, let my prayers be heard by you.

Help me speak the word of God with boldness at all times in Jesus name. Amen
