2 Chronicles 7:13 – My heaven will not be closed

PRAYER

Do not shut the heaven over me my father.

I ask for rain of blessing not famine my father.

You are a loving God. I ask for blessing this day. Do not cause locusts to devour my land or pestilence to afflict your people.

Let me experience open heavens in Jesus name I pray. Amen

2 Chronicles 29:7 - I will bring You a sacrifice

Also they have shut up the doors of the porch, and put out the lamps, and have not burned incense nor offered burnt offerings in the holy place unto the God of Israel.

Prayer

Help me so I do not shut up the doors of the church either by the things I say or by the things I do in Jesus name.

Put a heart of praise and worship in me so that at all times that is what I will love to do.

Let my worship be acceptable to you in Jesus name.

I repent for not offering you sacrificial praise and for not bringing my offering into your house.

I withdraw every sacrifice and offering I have intentionally or mistakenly offered to an idol in Jesus mighty name. Amen

2 Chronicles 29:3-6 - Help me not to abandon your house

He in the first year of his reign, in the first month, opened the doors of the house of the LORD, and repaired them.

And he brought in the priests and the Levites, and gathered them together into the east street,

And said unto them, Hear me, ye Levites, sanctify now yourselves, and sanctify the house of the LORD God of your fathers, and carry forth the filthiness out of the holy place.

For our fathers have trespassed, and done that which was evil in the eyes of the LORD our God, and have forsaken him, and have turned away their faces from the habitation of the LORD, and turned their backs.

Prayer

Help me to be part of those who are called to repair the damages in your house here on earth.

Sanctify me so that filthiness will not be found in me.

Have mercy on me. Let evil be far away from me. It will be dangerous to forsake you. Help me remember at all times that without you I am nothing.

Let your name be glorified in Jesus name. Amen

2 Chronicles 29:1-2 - Let me do right in your sight

Hezekiah began to reign when he was five and twenty years old, and he reigned nine and twenty years in Jerusalem. And his mother's name was Abijah, the daughter of Zechariah.

And he did that which was right in the sight of the LORD, according to all that David his father had done.

Prayer

I know that there are good things my parents have done.

I ask that you help me cast my mind as far back as possible to remember these good things.

Stir my heart to start doing these good things.

Help me leave a legacy of good things that my own children will continue to do after I have departed this world.

Let every single thing that I do be right in your sight in Jesus mighty name. Amen.

2 Chronicles 17:10 - Let fear enter the heart of satanic agents

And the fear of the LORD fell upon all the kingdoms of the lands that [were] round about Judah, so that they made no war against Jehoshaphat.

Prayer

I ask that the dread of you enter the hearts of the agents of darkness, such that their foolish wars will cease against your children and the gospel in Jesus name. Amen

2 Chronicles 26:7 - My Help

And God helped him against the Philistines, and against the Arabians that dwelt in Gurbaal, and the Mehunims.

Prayer

I ask that you help in the battles being waged against me. 

Let all who surround me know that you are my shield and my buckler.
