Ecclesiastes 2:26 - Give me joy

PRAYER

Help me Lord to decide this day that I want to please you every day of my life in the things I think about, things I say, things I do, things I decide not to say and do in Jesus name.

I ask that you grant me wisdom, knowledge and joy as I please you in Jesus name.

I pray that I will not spend my life gathering and collecting to give to other people who please you.

Help me so I do not live a life of vanity in Jesus name. Amen

Ecclesiastes 5:2 - Slow to speak

THOUGHTS

Our LORD is omnipotent and omniscience. He reigns in majesty and he is supreme without equal. He knows everything including what is in our hearts. He is our father and he also deserves and demands to be respected. We must learn how to approach the LORD of heaven and the earth.

PRAYER

Help Lord to cultivate the habit of weighing my words before I speak.

Help me so that I do not speak out of emotion hurting people and pleasing myself.

Let my prayers be acceptable before at all times in Jesus name.

Teach me how to pray from my heart not specialising in high sounding nothings in Jesus name. Amen

Ecclesiastes 5: 1 - Maximising benefits of His presence

Prayer

Lord I ask for help in concentrating when I am in your presence.

Help me Lord to learn to drop my burdens at your feet so that I do not continue to carry what isn’t mine.

Help me Lord to know when I should be quiet and when I should be talking.

Let every sacrifice I offer be acceptable to you in Jesus mighty name. Amen

Ecclesiastes 10:10 - Sharpen my Intellect

Thoughts

It is time to work smart. It is agreed that the vision being executed is from God, but without asking for direction from the master the iron will become blunt out of frustration.

The One who gave the vision has the knowhow. He is the repository of Knowledge.  Your success is in His hands.

Prayer

I need your help father. I ask you this day to show me the way of success.

Sharpen my intellect daily so I can fulfil every responsibility I have.

I do not want to work like an elephant but eat like an ant.

Let your name be glorified in all that I do in Jesus name. Amen

Ecclesiastes 10:15 - Refusing to Toil

Prayer

I will not live a life of toil.

I ask father that you direct every step of the way to my destiny.

I am your child. I ask for wisdom and knowledge that will enable me fulfil the vision you placed before me.

I have prayed in Jesus name. Amen.

Ecclesiastes 9:4 - I hope in my Maker

For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion.

Prayer

I thank you Lord that I am alive today and I have hope of success that those who are dead do not have.

I thank you Father for because of you I can face tomorrow.

As long as I am alive, I am assured that your promises will come to pass in Jesus name. Amen

Ecclesiastes 3:11 - The Maker of heaven and earth

He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.

Prayer

Thank you LORD for all you have made from the beginning of time up until now.

Thank you because all you have made do not need additional work or touching up. Night follows day and seasons follow seasons.

Thank you for I am privileged to see new year after new year. Blessed be your holy name.

Let there be a desire in me to know you and all your works in Jesus name. Amen

Ecclesiastes 3:12-13 - Doing good

I know that there is no good in them, but for a man to rejoice, and to do good in his life.

And also that every man should eat and drink, and enjoy the good of all his labour, it is the gift of God.

Prayer

Let me have a reason to rejoice today and always

Just as Jesus Christ went about doing good, help me to do good at all times

Grant me the grace to eat and to enjoy myself for every good and perfect gift come from you in Jeus name. Amen

Ecclesiastes 3:1-2 - Time and Season

To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:

A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;

Prayer

Thank you Almighty father; the originator of the heavens and the earth.

I pray that I will fully enter into my seasons in Jesus name.

I will live; I will not die before the time ordained by God.

I will know the time to plant and I will plant.

I will not miss my time of harvest.

By the grace of God, I will be totally submissive to the will of God. Amen.
