And calling the crowd
to him with his disciples, he said to them, "If anyone would come after
me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.
Prayer
I want to follow you in every sense of the world.
Give me the heart of a follower.
Let me be lost to the ways of the world. Help me to deny myself of worldly
things.
Help me walk in grace through the challenges and persecutions that would
come as a result of my following you in Jesus name. Amen
