A son honours his
father, and a servant his master. If then I am a father, where is my honour?
And if I am a master, where is my fear? says the LORD of hosts to you, O
priests, who despise my name. But you say, 'How have we despised your name?
Prayer
Help me honour you my Lord in thoughts, words and deeds.
Help me give you the honour that you deserve.
Let the spirit of the fear of the Lord reign in me.
Help me give you the reverence that is due to you.
My action or inaction must not despise my Lord and Master in Jesus name.
Amen.
