And these words that I command you today
shall be on your heart.
You shall teach them
diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house,
and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
Prayer
Lord, I can’t teach what I do not know and what I do not practice.
Therefore help me as I willingly open my heart to your word in Jesus
name.
Help me to be diligent in teaching my children your word.
Help me as I teach my children to love you, fear you, honour you and
serve you. Amen
